ARRESTS

10/22 3:06 p.m. Christopher John Allen Fassler, 33, was lodged by Lebanon Police on a Lake Oswego warrant for failure to appear-parole violation DUII.

ACCIDENTS

10/18 1:26 p.m. An accident was reported near the 700 block of 4th Street. No one was injured.

n 10/19 8:23 p.m. An accident was reported near Glenmorrie Terrace and Pacific Highway. No one was injured.

10/20 12:24 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1300 block of Larch Street. No one was injured.

10/20 8:44 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer near the 2700 block of Iron Mountain Boulevard. The driver was not injured.

10/21 11:09 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near A Avenue and 6th Street. No one was injured.

10/22 10:43 a.m. An accident was reported near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

10/24 1:13 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 2400 block of Country Club Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

10/18 12:22 p.m. A gun was stolen from a vehicle at an undisclosed location.

10/19 9:19 a.m. A wallet was reported stolen near the 6300 block of Meadows Road.

10/21 9:21 a.m. Cars were broken into near the 20 block of Iron Mountain Boulevard.

10/21 6:34 p.m. A cell phone was reported stolen from a purse near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

10/22 10:41 a.m. Three credit cards were stolen from a locker at an undisclosed location.

10/23 1:17 p.m. An armed robbery was reported at an undisclosed location.

10/24 8:08 a.m. Polish and lotions were reported stolen from an undisclosed location.

10/24 10:33 a.m. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 15200 block of Bangy Road.

FRAUD

10/19 8:35 p.m. A caller said someone purchased cell phones and an iPad in his name.

10/21 11:41 a.m. A caller said someone opened a Verizon account using her Social Security number.

10/24 11:22 a.m. A caller reported unauthorized withdrawals from a business account and an altered check.

MISC.

10/14 11:35 p.m. A caller said two men were smoking and talking too loud near C Avenue and 5th Street. Police determined it was a normal conversation.

10/14 11:46 p.m. A man was sleeping in a vestibule was seen near the 300 block of A Avenue.

10/15 6:11 a.m. A caller believed someone was spying on her after noticing a screw-sized hole in her ceiling that hadn't been there the night before.

10/15 7:52 a.m. A woman who was upset about a construction crew starting five minutes before they were supposed to started yelling and broke the headlight of one of the vehicles with a cone.

10/15 8:03 a.m. A caller said she had been working with a group on Twitter to support the fight against child trafficking, and the night before she received a message from them that "frightened her to the point where she was almost crying." She removed her Twitter account and was afraid someone was after her.

10/15 9:12 a.m. A caller said two men yelled at her and threw soda all over a lobby near the 16000 block of Boones Ferry Road. Apparently one of the men was upset that he couldn't get a McGriddle.

10/15 2:00 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle appeared to have crashed and was leaking oils near the 14500 block of Westlake Drive.

10/15 2:55 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing a woman yelling during a possible struggle at an undisclosed location.

10/15 4:00 p.m. A vehicle was broken into but nothing was taken at an undisclosed location.

10/16 8:13 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with a portion of its wheel broken off was seen near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway.

10/16 8:56 a.m. A caller said she'd been fired and her employer was refusing to allow her to take some of her property, because they were worried she'd take confidential information. She called back later and said her boss allowed her to take her items.

10/16 11:36 a.m. A man was going through garbage and "making a mess" near Mcewan Road and 65th Avenue.

10/16 12:54 p.m. A man was screaming at people in a parking lot near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

10/16 3:01 p.m. A suspicious looking man appeared to be gathering cans near the 500 block of A Avenue.

10/16 4:39 p.m. A caller said people who "appeared to be meth users" were in a car near Botticelli and Melrose Street.

10/16 10:26 p.m. A caller said they heard yelling and then a woman screaming "stop" at an undisclosed location. Parents were having an issue with their 12-year-old.

10/17 8:11 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 1500 block of Greentree Road.

10/17 8:13 a.m. 3-4 "strange vehicles" were seen at an undisclosed location.

10/17 8:41 a.m. A caller who sounded confused said someone was trying to grind her door down.

10/17 9:51 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking person was ringing her doorbell near the 1100 block of Hallinan Circle.

10/17 10:46 a.m. A caller believed they had four or five $20 bills that were counterfeit. They weren't actually fake, they were just old.

10/17 10:46 a.m. A caller said her son had all of her money and got her Social Security checks, but refused to talk to her.

10/17 3:29 p.m. An irate customer was reported at a business near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

10/17 5:03 p.m. A caller was concerned after her husband found their garage door open and saw a suspicious looking man walking around the neighborhood.

10/17 8:57 p.m. A sex crime was reported.

10/18 2:43 a.m. A suspicious looking man was "being weird," possibly drunk and trying to pick fights with customers near the 17700 block of Pilkington Road. He also asked for money from the cash register and said he'd just gotten out of jail.

10/18 3:23 a.m. A caller said kids looked like they were looking into cars near 3rd Street and Evergreen Road.

10/18 8:02 a.m. A deer was seen walking in the middle of the road near 4th Street and A Avenue.

10/18 11:56 a.m. A customer was "creating a scene" near the 16400 block of Boones Ferry Road.

10/18 2:43 p.m. A caller was concerned about a Meals on Wheels recipient who wasn't picking up the phone. Officers confirmed he was OK.

10/18 6:05 p.m. A resident said he believed two incidents of car prowling occurred near the 400 block of Middlecrest Road after finding a shopping bag and "stuff scattered around the median area."

10/18 8:09 p.m. A man was having a verbal altercation with his wife and said she was "throwing property in front of the kids."

10/18 8:37 p.m. A caller was concerned because neighbors were out of town and their car alarm was going off.

10/18 10:23 p.m. A man said his stepson was at his house and he wasn't allowed to be there.

10/19 2:49 a.m. A man was seen in a fetal position between two cars near the 12300 block of Mt. Jefferson Terrace.

10/19 9:44 a.m. A man wanted to talk to someone about how and where he could turn in a couple of rifles.

10/19 12:40 p.m. A parent was angry and arguing with someone about a football game near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive. The football league said it was going to ban him from games.

10/19 12:59 p.m. Someone was heard screaming expletives to himself, and then banging noises were heard at an undisclosed location.

10/19 1:10 p.m. A man had questions about his grandson's girlfriend's property after kicking her out.

10/19 2:15 p.m. A suspicious looking person who "appeared to be a drug user" was seen near River Dell Road and Mirkwood Drive.

10/19 5:15 p.m. A suspicious looking person who appeared to be transient was seen on a bench near the 200 block of 1st Street. The person was using WiFi in the park and waiting for food from a friend.

10/19 5:34 p.m. A caller said when she left her house the day before, she turned all the lights off, but when she got home the kitchen light was on and she noticed some belongings had been moved around. Police found no signs of unwanted human entry, but they did notice evidence of rodent activity.

10/19 8:46 p.m. Possible abuse/neglect of juveniles turned out to be a father arguing with his kids because they weren't listening to him.

10/19 9:26 p.m. A caller said her wheelchair was stolen and the loaner she got wasn't working.

10/19 10:40 p.m. A man and woman were yelling and swearing at each other.

10/20 2:53 a.m. Two people were arguing over a cab at an undisclosed location.

10/20 9:55 a.m. A caller said someone rang their doorbell at 1:30 a.m. and again at 1:45 a.m.

10/20 10:51 a.m. A caller said she was doing yard work and found a large wasp nest. Now, the wasps were "very angry" and the nest appeared to be in public right of way near the 800 block of 5th Street.

10/20 1:53 p.m. A caller said renters at an undisclosed location were screaming profanities for between 15 and 20 minutes, and it was an ongoing issue.

10/20 5:03 p.m. A caller said she had two handguns in her car and wanted to turn them in.

10/21 6:53 a.m. A suspicious looking person was sleeping in a car at an undisclosed location. The person had been in an argument with their parents. 10/21 11:06 a.m. A caller said that two weeks ago, a man was "acting unusual" at the end of her driveway, and earlier that day he appeared to be watching their daughter and a neighbor. He also asked the daughter what school she went to.

10/21 11:25 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking man was at their house and talked to their daughter.

10/21 1:43 p.m. A caller was concerned about a Meals on Wheels recipient who didn't answer the door. It turned out the person and her son were staying at a Motel 6.

10/21 4:37 p.m. A caller said their dog was attacked by a coyote at an undisclosed location.

10/21 6:45 p.m. A caller was concerned about skateboarders near A Avenue and 10th Street.
