ARRESTS

11/17 4:15 p.m. A 49-year-old man was lodged on a Lake Oswego warrant for failure to appear-parole violation criminal driving while suspended.

11/19 12:19 a.m. A 53-year-old man was lodged on a warrant for failure to appear-reckless driving.

ACCIDENTS

11/17 10:28 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17300 block of Cedar Road. No one was injured.

11/17 3:13 p.m. Two vehicles collided near Bryant Road and Sunset Drive. No one was injured.

11/18 4:07 p.m. An accident was reported near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. An injury was involved.

11/18 10:00 p.m. A vehicle hit a median near Boones Ferry Road and Country Club Road. No one was injured.

11/19 2:10 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 2400 block of Country Club Road.

11/20 7:45 a.m. An accident was reported near Evergreen Road and 1st Street. An injury was reported.

11/20 11:21 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17800 block of Stafford Road. No one was injured.

11/21 4:14 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17800 block of Royce Way. No one was injured.

THEFTS

11/15 10:29 a.m. A woman said she was shorted $100 by a bank teller, and the bank told her she couldn't see video footage unless she had a court order or police report.

11/15 2:42 p.m. Six bottles of champagne valued at a total of $312 were stolen near the 400 block of A Avenue.

11/17 8:10 a.m. A bottle of beer was reported stolen near the 400 block of A Avenue.

11/18 9:07 a.m. A Graco Airless Paint Sprayer valued at $3,650 was stolen near the 17500 block of Provost Street.

11/18 3:13 p.m. A storage unit was broken into near the 700 block of 1st Street.

11/20 2:26 p.m. A gas leaf blower was reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

11/21 7:49 a.m. A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked car near the 5800 block of Suncreek Drive.

11/21 8:13 a.m. A key card and a packet with business cards were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 13000 block of Rogers Road.

11/21 8:40 a.m. A pair of shoes was reported stolen from a vehicle near the 900 block of Bullock Street.

11/21 9:49 a.m. Packages were reported stolen from a front porch near the 4100 block of Upper Drive.

11/21 9:52 a.m. A mailbox was broken into near the 4300 block of Upper Drive.

11/21 2:09 p.m. A mailbox was broken into near the 3100 block of Douglas Circle.

11/21 5:17 p.m. Medication was stolen from a package near the 4600 block of Upper Drive.

STOLEN VEHICLES

11/21 6:59 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 14000 block of Chatham Court.

FRAUD

11/15 8:14 a.m. A man said he mailed a check to the wrong address, and someone cashed it.

11/15 2:01 p.m. A check that appeared to have been altered was given to a dentist.

11/18 2:04 p.m. A man said an account was opened in his name.

11/19 2:07 p.m. A woman reported fraudulent activity on her Comcast account.

11/20 7:56 a.m. A man said a fraudulent company called him and they had his Social Security number, name and address.

11/21 1:07 p.m. A caller said someone hacked their personal account and used money to stay at a Portland hotel.

MISC.

11/11 3:50 p.m. A resident said they'd just had an event and needed someone to lock the doors and pick up candy.

11/11 4:10 p.m. A man said he was disabled and asked if he could use his cane to defend himself when threatened.

11/11 4:33 p.m. A man who was upset that the library wasn't open was yelling, screaming and looking in cars.

11/11 6:38 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near the 14800 block of Kruse Oaks Drive.

11/11 6:59 p.m. A man threatened to kill someone at an undisclosed location.

11/11 8:00 p.m. A car was "blaring loud music" near the 40 block of McNary Parkway.

11/11 8:36 p.m. A suspicious looking person with a cart full of groceries was seen near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road.

11/11 9:42 p.m. A man who was laying outside his apartment said he was drunk but did not appear to be injured. Police found he was "very intoxicated" and assisted him into his residence with his son.

11/11 10:05 p.m. Three people were being "very loud" in a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

11/11 10:28 p.m. A bus was seen with "police" written on its reader board. It turned out to be a glitch in the system.

11/12 8:38 a.m. A resident said they tried to take a picture of a student parking illegally and the student said the picture was against the law.

11/12 9:24 a.m. A man on a bike was being "verbally aggressive" near the 100 block of N State Street.

11/12 2:56 p.m. A woman said she was walking a friend's dog when someone else's dog growled and pulled its leash, causing her to fall and be in the hospital for days.

11/12 3:30 p.m. A resident said they'd been receiving harassing text message for two days.

11/12 6:50 p.m. A woman wanted to speak with an officer about her 24-year-old daughter's boyfriend who used heroin.

11/12 10:45 p.m. A man said an armed subject was trying to harm him at an undisclosed location.

11/13 12:59 a.m. After hearing noises outside, a woman worried she saw someone sitting on her deck. Police found no signs of an intruder.

11/13 2:48 a.m. A caller was concerned after noticing a vehicle near where PGE had electrical equipment, and a gate that was unlocked.

11/13 8:26 a.m. A woman wanted to discuss on ongoing issue with people dumping things on the side of the road near Canal Road and Childs Road.

11/13 8:54 a.m. Someone was refusing to leave a church near the 4500 block of Carman Drive.

11/13 10:17 a.m. Loud video games were reported near the 15400 block of Brianne Court.

11/13 10:22 a.m. A caller said an ex was slandering her online and violating a restraining order.

11/13 10:47 a.m. A resident said their daughter called about her boyfriend having a pistol.

11/13 12:43 p.m. A vehicle was broken into but nothing was stolen at an undisclosed location.

11/13 1:49 p.m. A woman said a no-contact order was being violated, as the person left voicemails and refused to let her leave when she picked up their son. The restraining order was two years old and the woman went to try to get a new one.

11/13 3:04 p.m. A neighbor who'd previously threatened to kill someone was back at that person's property.

11/13 4:41p.m. Neighbors were arguing over music being heard through shared walls.

11/13 4:52 p.m. A woman appeared to be having issues walking at an undisclosed location.

11/13 10:42 p.m. A woman said a loud noise was shaking her house every five minutes near the 10 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

11/14 5:51 a.m. A resident was worried after noticing a ladder going up to a second floor condo near the 200 block of Burnham Road. It was a man who'd locked himself out and was using the ladder to get to a balcony.

11/14 9:24 a.m. A resident wanted to talk about a domestic issue between her daughter and her boyfriend.

11/14 11:32 a.m. Someone was refusing to leave an office at an undisclosed location.

11/14 12:27 p.m. A woman said a man made her uncomfortable and afraid for her safety after he acted paranoid and wouldn't let her leave when their conversation was over. He then stood at the entrance of a cul de sac "for some time."

11/14 1:07 p.m. A restraining order was violated.

11/14 2:14 p.m. A panhandler was refusing to leave and harassing customers near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

11/14 2:26 p.m. A trailer that was possibly associated with squatters was seen near the 200 block of Cervantes.

11/14 6:35 p.m. A man said his neighbor was yelling at his landscapers, and this was an ongoing issue.

11/14 6:50 p.m. A woman said her doorbell rang and before that, a car did a U-turn and parked down the street near the 20 block of Aquinas.

11/15 1:06 a.m. A man said he was attacked by someone and while he initially didn't want to file a complaint, now he did.

11/15 6:33 a.m. A woman was upset about construction beginning 30 minutes early at the site of a new home near the 16400 block of SW Bonaire Avenue. Police found one worker sitting at the scene in a truck; he agreed to turn off the engine until 7 a.m.

11/15 7:15 a.m. A vehicle was sticking out of a ditch and looked abandoned near Fernwood Circle and Hillside Drive.

11/15 7:18 a.m. A man was seen sitting in a car that was facing an ATM near the 16200 block of Bryant Road.

11/15 8:15 a.m. A caller reported seeing a man drinking from a carton of milk near the 3600 block of Carman Drive.

11/15 8:59 a.m. A man was seen going through a donation box near the 300 block of A Avenue.

11/15 10:07 a.m. A man was seen sleeping in a covered bike area near the 300 block of A Avenue. He said he was going to the library.

11/15 10:20 a.m. A caller said he wanted to speak with a captain after being "wrongfully ticketed" and that Tigard Police had defiled his name.

11/15 10;55 a.m. A vehicle was seen driving slowly up and down the street near the 13100 block of Thoma Road, and the driver appeared to be looking at houses.

11/15 11:29 a.m. A man said he found a hypodermic needle and torn underwear by his yard debris bin.

11/15 12:28 p.m. A car was broken into but nothing was taken near the 400 block of Lake Bay Court.

11/15 12:47 p.m. A woman was going through garbage bins near the 100 block of 3rd Street.

11/15 2:54 p.m. A resident received a text that said "Sup girl, I know you have two kids," and then another that said "I'm at your door."

11/15 5:26 p.m. A disgruntled customer was trying to start a fight with employees near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road and then followed one employee home.

11/15 7:58 p.m. A woman said a man hit her on the back of the head with a backpack during a movie after asking her to turn her phone off.

11/15 10:15 p.m. A woman was walking her dog when a man approached her and said "want to go to heaven? I can hit you and make it happen." He then tapped her on the shoulder.

11/15 10:19 p.m. A caller said she could "hear merriment" coming from a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

11/16 12:09 a.m. Someone in a black trench coat looked out of place near S.W. Tualata Avenue and Tualata Lane.

11/16 8:24 a.m. A man was seen walking with a dog that looked malnourished near the 15700 block of Waluga Drive.

11/16 9:26 a.m. A man and woman were sleeping in a vehicle near the 90 block of B Avenue and the woman "looked like she was high." They'd just been released from the hospital and picked up a prescription.

11/16 4:23 p.m. A woman said her neighbor got mad at her for a parking issue and threatened legal action. He also reached in his pocket at one point and it was unclear what he was looking for.

11/16 9:15 p.m. Teens who looked like they were high school aged were seen smoking with bongs near the 600 block of S State Street.

11/16 9:55 p.m. Kids knocked over a portable toilet near the 200 block of Greenridge Drive.

11/16 11:26 p.m. A caller said a party was going on at a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street, but police found no one there.

11/17 12:10 a.m. A man who "seems high" was walking in the middle of the road near the 3800 block of South Shore Boulevard.

11/17 6:31 a.m. A cherry-picking machine was turned on with no one around it near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive.

11/17 8:18 p.m. Kids were skateboarding and making lots of noise near the 6000 block of Meadows Road.

11/17 11:04 p.m. A woman said her neighbor was playing music "very loud" in his car.

11/18 5:34 p.m. Men were loitering near the 4800 block of Meadows Road, and possibly waiting to complete a drug deal.

11/19 1:33 a.m. A man said his ex came over and had been drinking. He was holding her keys and not wanting to let her drive.

11/19 8:33 a.m. Two needles were found near the 100 block of N State Street.

11/19 8:56 a.m. A woman said she walked by a person with a hood on who "had a vacant stare" and "gave her a weird feeling."

11/19 9:15 a.m. A man asked if open carry laws allowed him to have a bullet in the chamber.

11/19 10:42 a.m. A resident said his ex was making comments about how she wished he would drive off a cliff. He said she was cheating with her boss and he felt uneasy that she might do something to him.

11/19 11:01 a.m. A caller believed someone might be monitoring his devices and asked for advice.

11/19 11:47 a.m. A caller said she received a message on Facebook about someone beating a baby, and wanted advice about what to do since she wasn't able to report it to Facebook. It was determined to be a news story from Saudi Arabia.

11/19 12:19 p.m. A customer was refusing to leave an establishment near the 90 block of B Avenue.

11/19 2:02 p.m. A man said he hired someone on craigslist to split wood, and he showed up with an ax instead of a hydraulic splitter. After determining the person couldn't do the work, the man paid him for two hours but starting receiving threatening texts afterward.

11/19 3:21 p.m. A caller was upset about a flyer being put in her mailbox near the 700 block of 2nd Street when she had a "no soliciting" sign.

11/19 5:14 p.m. Police were contacted about two girls who were passing out "free treats" of granola bars "because it's nice!" near Glenmorrie Terrace and Pacific Highway.

11/19 5:36 p.m. An employee who'd just been fired was refusing to leave.

11/20 8:31 a.m. A woman was having a dispute with a developer over a fence on her property line.

11/20 8:57 a.m. A man was sleeping on a sidewalk near the 5800 block of Jean Road.

11/20 9:23 a.m. A resident found their gates and storage unit open, but nothing was taken, at an undisclosed location.

11/20 10:31 a.m. A caller wanted to speak with an officer about possibly suspicious circumstances at the upcoming tree lighting.

11/20 11:41 a.m. A man had been parked in a car for around 10 minutes and appeared to be watching kids at recess near the 15800 block of Boones Ferry Road. He was writing cards for family.

11/20 2:45 p.m. Someone was rattling front doors at an undisclosed location.

11/20 5:45 p.m. A caller asked about services for a single mother of five who didn't have a place to stay the night.

11/20 5:48 p.m. A woman said a man approached her in a parking lot and told her he'd lost his wallet and needed to get home to Vancouver.

11/20 11:37 p.m. A caller said their mother may have heard someone trying to get in her house at an undisclosed location. Police found no signs of attempted entry.

11/21 3:19 p.m. A caller said she was nannying a 3-year-old and a transient man kept approaching the child and saying how "cute and adorable" he was. He then told the child he was going to the moon and wanted the child to go with him.

11/21 5:36 p.m. A resident was concerned about a package wrapped in Styrofoam that said it was from "John Doe" in Oregon City.

11/21 7:34 p.m. A caller believed someone was high outside of her work near the 3900 block of Douglas Way.

11/21 7:52 p.m. A man was seen going through trash cans near the 300 block of Iron Mountain Boulevard.

11/21 7:57 p.m. A man who was locked out of his condo was "very reluctant" to call a locksmith.

11/21 11:37 p.m. A domestic incident was reported.

11/22 12:54 a.m. A woman was heard screaming near Kerr Parkway and Jefferson Parkway.
