ACCIDENTS

12/13 2:51 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1800 block of South Shore Boulevard. No one was injured.

12/15 11:02 a.m. An accident was reported near the 1300 block of Cherry Crest Avenue. An injury was reported.

12/17 8:49 a.m. An accident was reported near the 300 block of A Avenue. No one was injured.

12/17 12:11 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4800 block of Meadows Road. No one was injured.

12/18 3:14 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 14800 block of Kruse Oaks Drive. No one was injured.

12/18 5:22 p.m. Multiple vehicles collided near Monroe Parkway and Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

12/13 8:47 a.m. An amplifier was reported stolen near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

12/13 9:07 a.m. A lunch box was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 13500 block of Rogers Road.

12/13 4:46 p.m. A brown belt was reported to have been stolen in November at an undisclosed location.

12/14 1:36 p.m. Electronics were reported stolen from a home at an undisclosed location.

12/14 6:35 p.m. A mason jar with about $50 in change and bills was stolen from a home that was broken into at an undisclosed location.

12/17 3:04 p.m. A package valued at $198 was stolen from a porch near the 10 block of Condolea Drive.

12/17 5:19 p.m. Business papers were reported stolen near the 17400 block of Holy Names Drive.

12/18 4:04 p.m. $120 in cash was reported stolen near the 17500 block of Mesnard Street.

FRAUD

12/13 9:26 a.m. Fraudulent checks were printed and used with a company's name.

12/13 11:47 a.m. A purported lottery scammer tried to purchase tickets using a fraudulent credit card near the 400 block of A Avenue. 12/17 10:52 a.m. An ex-employee used a company credit card for Uber charges.

MISC.

12/11 5:12 p.m. A man was seen running in the middle of the road near Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way. It appeared that he might be trying to get hit.

12/11 9:05 p.m. A caller said an ex was harassing her via text and she didn't know what steps to take next.

12/11 11:43 p.m. A woman, who was intoxicated, was upset that her husband (also drunk) would not stop talking to her when she wanted to go to bed. The husband agreed to stop talking and let her sleep.

12/12 6:38 a.m. An old shopping cart with a propane container and red lantern in it was seen near the 300 block of Cervantes.

12/12 8:41 a.m. Anonymous tips were called into someone's work about that person selling drugs and carrying weapons.

12/12 10:24 a.m. The front door to a business was damaged near the 300 block of 1st Street. It appeared to be caused by two customers opening doors at the same time.

12/12 11:29 a.m. A caller said a neighbor was "always playing his music as loud as he can" to spite her.

12/12 12:47 p.m. A resident said a neighbor's barrier wall wasn't working and there was "lots of mud and water" coming toward their house.

12/12 1:12 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had its driver's door open all day near the 400 block of A Avenue.

12/12 2:31 p.m. A woman had questions about putting up signs, as well as possible fines, for dogs being off-leash and pooping on her property.

12/12 2:37 p.m. A domestic incident was reported.

12/12 3:55 p.m. A caller, who was being evasive, wanted to discuss possible extortion.

12/12 3:56 p.m. A mom and child were panhandling near A Avenue and N State Street.

12/12 4:16 p.m. A woman said her ex borrowed her standalone AC unit and hadn't returned it.

12/12 9:28 p.m. A man and woman were arguing.

12/12 9:33 p.m. A suspicious looking yellow truck kept stopping in the middle of the road near Quarry Road and Country Woods Court.

12/12 10:21 p.m. Loud construction was reported near the 17000 block of Rebecca Drive.

12/13 12:41 a.m. A person was loitering on a sidewalk after being asked to leave near the 200 block of N State Street.

12/13 1:34 a.m. A suspicious looking person was wandering around near the 5000 block of Foothills Drive.

12/13 10:01 a.m. A woman wanted help getting items from an ex-boyfriend's house.

12/13 10:37 a.m. A caller said a man wanted to fight with her boss.

12/13 11:38 a.m. Two young women were seen smoking what appeared to be a bong at an undisclosed location.

12/13 11:39 a.m. 11:39 a.m. A caller said a man asked if he could help her near Bangy Road and Meadows Road.

12/13 11:58 a.m. Wood slats were removed from a picnic table near the 600 block of S State Street.

12/13 12:26 p.m. A woman had questions about identity theft.

12/13 12:52 p.m. After a woman narrowly avoided hitting a man as he crossed the street, she encountered the man in a parking lot and he began screaming at her before kicking her car.

12/13 1:51 p.m. A resident wanted to talk to an officer about a cyber bullying issue.

12/13 4:34 p.m. The back window of a car was smashed near the 40 block of Eagle Crest Drive. It was unclear if anything had been stolen.

12/13 6:04 p.m. Two people were fighting and one got punched in the face at an undisclosed location. They were arguing over the placement of a napkin.

12/13 7:06 p.m. A caller said their son was breaking things, threatening to hurt people and they found knives in the kitchen.

12/13 7:23 p.m. A man and woman were heard yelling at each other and banging things. It turned out they were yelling in frustration about their upstairs neighbors and they agreed to quiet down.

12/13 9:55 p.m. A "very loud" party was reported near the 20 block of Iron Mountain Boulevard.

12/13 10:14 p.m. A "creepy" man was seen ringing doorbells and smoking a cigarette near the 40 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

12/14 9:04 a.m. A resident believed people were pretending to deliver newspapers and possibly associated with drug activity in an undisclosed location.

12/14 9:50 a.m. A man was banging on doors, calling employees explicit names and trying to shove checks through doors near the 500 block of A Avenue.

12/14 12:45 p.m. Human feces and drug paraphernalia was found at a gazebo near the 3900 block of Carman Drive.

12/14 2:37 p.m. Upon leaving a party, a resident found her car was keyed near the 300 block of North Shore Road.

12/14 6:20 p.m. A caller was concerned about an employee who had been acting strange and didn't come to work. It turned out she was OK, but stressed and depressed about finances.

12/14 6:35 p.m. A home was broken into with a hammer at an undisclosed location; it was unclear if anything was missing.

12/14 6:38 p.m. Teens were throwing a party that seemed to be getting out of hand at an undisclosed location.

12/14 7:06 p.m. A caller believed squatters were living in an abandoned home and had stolen merchandise at an undisclosed location.

12/14 7:59 p.m. A caller remained concerned about teens throwing a party and said vehicles were parked haphazardly.

12/14 10:54 p.m. A caller said their adult son was intoxicated and had mental health issues.

12/14 10:57 p.m. A woman said she dropped her wallet while carrying packages, but then told police she found it.

12/15 12:03 a.m. A vehicle was running with its lights on near the 16000 block of Boones Ferry Road, and employees at an establishment couldn't leave until the car was gone. It turned out to be two teens talking in the car and they moved along.

12/15 12:50 a.m. About a dozen people were swearing and yelling at an undisclosed location.

12/15 1:01 a.m. For the third night this week, a woman felt that "something is not right." She was woken up by a weird, loud noise and told police that "it was just time to tell you" about what was going on in the area.

12/15 1:01 a.m. A man was seen looking in cars near Hallinan Street and Hemlock Street.

12/15 6:52 a.m. A dog was reportedly "cold and whimpering" on a deck near the 50 block of Kerr Parkway.

12/15 11:29 a.m. A suspected transient man was seen near the 5700 block of Jean Road.

12/15 2:35 p.m. A caller said someone almost stabbed a person with medical scissors at an undisclosed location.

12/15 3:43 p.m. An older man who "smelled like alcohol" fell down before getting a car and driving away near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. It turned out he wasn't drunk, but his license was suspended.

12/15 4:36 p.m. A man who was suspected of being houseless was seen sleeping near the 5300 block of Meadows Road.

12/15 5:08 p.m. A resident was concerned about a child who'd been left alone.

12/15 6:32 p.m. A loud explosion was heard near the 3800 block of Rivers Edge Drive.

12/15 7:44 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 5700 block of Willow Lane.

12/15 2:02 a.m. A vehicle was seen driving and stopping several times near Alder Circle and South Shore Boulevard. It was a delivery driver for The Oregonian.

12/17 8:17 a.m. A person was seen sleeping on the back porch of a vacant home at an undisclosed location.

12/17 12:17 p.m. An employee at a salon said a man kept coming in and pretending to be a new client before bullying staff members. Specifically, he would "aggressively hit on" the front desk person and threaten to put bad reviews online if she didn't go out with him. And when the front desk person left, he was waiting outside.

12/17 12:57 p.m. Two sets of Christmas lights were cut near the 700 block of North Shore Road.

12/17 1:16 p.m. A Red Box kiosk screen was smashed near the 15400 block of Boones Ferry Road.

12/17 3:31 p.m. A woman said she lived in a condo, and had found nails in her tire four or five times since September, which seemed suspicious.

12/17 4:50 p.m. A resident said a man was standing near a neighbor's garage and waved at her near the 16800 block of Inverurie Road.

12/17 5:12 p.m. A man was standing in a driveway and shining a very bright light at cars near Upper Drive and Bryant Road.

12/17 8:26 p.m. A woman was seen in the middle of the road near Pacific Highway and Brookhurst Drive.

12/17 8:50 p.m. A burglary was reported at an undisclosed location.

12/18 2:46 a.m. Refusing to give any information, a man said he wanted to talk to the law about something his sister did to him 40 years ago.

12/18 8:00 a.m. An armed robbery was reported at an undisclosed location.

12/18 8:39 a.m. A bag that was possibly filled with trash was seen near Westlake Drive and Melrose Street.

12/18 9:27 a.m. A woman was heard screaming "get out" in an apartment building. She was upset because her insurance called about a crash she was in.

12/18 9:47 a.m. Claiming his girlfriend was "not in her right mind," a man asked about the eviction process for a condo.

12/18 9:51 a.m. A door was kicked in at an undisclosed location.

12/18 10:14 a.m. A hole was punched in the back on a trunk near the 12300 block of Mt Jefferson Terrace.

12/18 11:33 a.m. A man was flying a drone and looking in people's windows near the 90 block of Oswego Summit.

12/18 1:40 p.m. An officer was flagged down to inspect a suspicious garbage bag near 35th Place and Childs Road. It was filled with Styrofoam.

12/18 2:42 p.m. A terminated employee was refusing to return work equipment.

12/18 3:31 p.m. Kids were seen breaking glass at an undisclosed location.

12/18 6:01 p.m. Someone who'd previously been squatting at a location was allowed to come back to pick up items, but took things he was specifically told not to remove while leaving items he was allowed to take.

12/18 6:50 p.m. Possible emotional and financial abuse of an elder was reported.
