12/19 2:10 p.m. A woman said there were multiple reports of flaggers for a construction company swearing at drivers and passerby. She'd talked to the flaggers and the company and nothing had changed. Their supervisor told police that drivers weren't paying attention to the flaggers, and no one was swearing except the drivers.
