ACCIDENTS

1/28 10:47 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 15800 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

1/28 5:04 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17600 block of Pacific Highway. No one was injured.

1/28 7:38 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16000 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

1/30 8:54 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4700 block of Jean Road. No one was injured.

1/30 9:04 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of 1st Street. No one was injured.

1/30 12:59 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of S State Street. No one was injured.

1/30 10:11 p.m. An accident was reported near the 16000 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

2/3 7:04 a.m. An accident was reported near D Avenue and 1st Street. No one was injured.

2/3 4:39 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 15000 block of Bangy Road. No one was injured.

2/4 4:03 p.m. An accident was reported near the 17700 block of Pilkington Road. No one was injured.

2/4 8:09 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

2/4 8:24 p.m. An accident was reported near Country Club Road and Iron Mountain Boulevard. No one was injured.

2/5 5:16 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near C Avenue and 1st Street. No one was injured.

2/6 1:32 p.m. An accident was reported near the 1300 block of McVey Avenue. No one was injured.

2/6 5:45 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 4700 block of Jean Road. No one was injured. 2/6 6:26 p.m. A hit-and-run accident involving a mailbox and light pole was reported near the 3700 block of Tempest Drive. No one was injured.

THEFTS

1/28 9:13 a.m. A mailbox was stolen and later found in a ditch near the 2200 block of Prestwick Road.

1/29 11:32 a.m. A back plate was stolen from a car near the 5200 block of Jean Road.

1/30 5:57 p.m. A laptop, filmmaking equipment and possibly other items were stolen during a burglar at an undisclosed location.

2/2 6:32 p.m. A purse with an ID, Social Security card and multiple credit cards was reported stolen from a car that had its window broken near the 10 block of Botticelli.

2/3 12:47 p.m. A black briefcase was reported stolen or lost near the 300 block of A Avenue.

n 2/4 6:59 p.m. A sapphire and diamond ring was reported stolen near the 40 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

2/5 7:28 p.m. A backpack and laptop were reported stolen from a vehicle that had its window smashed near the 14800 block of Kruse Oaks Drive.

2/6 8:09 a.m. A theft was reported near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive.

2/6 12:39 p.m. Fishing equipment was reported stolen near the 1600 block of Meadows Drive.

2/6 9:18 p.m. A front license plate was reported stolen near the 1200 block of Hide-a-way Lane.

FRAUD

1/28 10:09 a.m. A Verizon account was opened using someone's information.

1/28 3:22 p.m. A caller said a customer of theirs was a victim of a credit card scam and believed she was being followed around. The scam involved $1,400 in Google cards.

1/28 5:36 p.m. A caller said someone tried to open a checking account in her name.

1/29 3:24 p.m. A caller said her daughter's ID was used to open a Verizon account.

1/30 11:43 a.m. Fraud was reported at a bank near the 3200 block of Fir Ridge Road.

2/1 9:12 p.m. A man said his wife's ID had been used since August, after their car was broken into.

2/3 4:47 p.m. A caller said she received three pieces of mail for someone who didn't live at her address, and she found the same person's W2 and other info opened in her daughter's room.

2/5 1:38 p.m. A man said his information was used to rent a car in Nashville.

2/5 9:04 p.m. A caller said a manager was trying to "charge him random bills" and it felt like extortion.

2/6 3:20 p.m. Possible identification theft was reported.

MISC.

1/28 7:56 a.m. Someone locked themselves in a restroom and had been in there for 20 minutes near the 100 block of N State Street. The man who called the police said he knocked, and the person would just knock back and yell something unintelligible.

1/28 8:44 a.m. A "loud explosion" near the 4900 block of Meadows Road turned out to be a business next door testing "some device for crowd control."

1/28 12:48 p.m. A caller asked for someone to check on a woman in a car at an undisclosed location.

1/28 3:14 p.m. Harassment was reported at an undisclosed location.

1/28 3:18 p.m. A man was seen going through garbage near C Avenue and 9th Street.

1/28 3:21 p.m. A suspicious looking man had been hanging out for about an hour near Hemlock Street and Hallinan Street. The person who called was concerned because "he did not look like a parent and creeped her out when she looked at him."

1/28 6:05 p.m. A caller said her ex-husband was verbally abusive when he came to pick up their daughter and she was afraid of him.

1/28 6:18 p.m. A resident reported an ongoing problem with a neighbor shining a search light in their house.

1/28 9:41 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had been parked while running for at least 15 minutes near the 2400 block of Overlook Drive. The driver was talking to a friend before heading home.

1/28 10:33 p.m. A man was seen staggering in a parking lot near the 400 block of A Avenue.

1/28 10:54 p.m. A fight with a knife was reported at an undisclosed location.

1/29 12:52 a.m. Wood chopping was heard at an undisclosed location.

1/29 2:48 a.m. A caller said a man exposed himself to her the day before at an undisclosed location.

1/29 7:02 a.m. A woman was heard crying "uncontrollably" at an undisclosed location.

1/29 8:18 a.m. Snoring sounds were heard at an undisclosed location.

1/29 9:25 a.m. A caller asked if police could check on someone who usually called her by 8 a.m. every day. She hadn't heard from him and knew he'd had an ear infection. The man was watching TV upstairs and said he'd call the person back.

1/29 10:52 a.m. A man was seen laying on the ground at an undisclosed location.

1/29 10:12 p.m. A caller said their 24-year-old son, who'd trespassed in the past, was at their home.

1/30 2:12 a.m. A dog had been barking for several hours at an undisclosed location. The dog sitter eventually arrived home from work.

1/30 5:43 a.m. A man was seen checking locks on businesses, then ran around a store near the 100 block of S State St.

1/30 7:26 a.m. A pair of suspicious looking people, both wearing all black and one carrying a flashing green light, was seen going through a mailbox near the 4200 block of Collins Way.

1/30 7:44 a.m. Someone lit flares on a bench near Marylbrook Drive and Pacific Highway.

1/30 9:11 a.m. Mailboxes were broken into but it was unclear if anything was taken near the 15000 block of Davis Lane.

1/30 12:11 p.m. A caller said the locks on her mailbox had changed twice in the last month near the 70 block of Greenridge Court.

1/30 1:01 p.m. A caller said her husband was in jail on a six-month sentence and his employer was refusing to give her his paycheck and W2 form. She wanted an officer to "politely" ask that the employer do that, but police said they couldn't help with this civil issue.

1/30 1:20 p.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported.

1/30 3:14 p.m. Secondhand information on a suspicious looking vehicle near the 16800 block of Hawthorne Drive was passed along.

1/30 3:25 p.m. A caller said her daughter showed her video of an assault and she wanted police to see it.

1/30 3:44 p.m. A resident was concerned about packages that had been piling up on a porch for a couple weeks. The recipient of the packages was fine; they were going to be out of town for two more weeks.

1/30 3:49 p.m. Harassment was reported at an undisclosed location.

1/30 6:51 p.m. A caller was concerned about her son after he took her car without saying where he was going. She didn't think he was in the right state of mind to drive because he was upset.

1/30 9:27 p.m. Someone was seen going through garbage near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

1/30 9:31 p.m. A caller said people had been playing loud rap music outside for the last week at an undisclosed location.

1/31 6:15 a.m. A caller said their son kept trespassing at their home.

1/31 8:46 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had been parked near the 4300 block of Harvey Way "for a while."

1/31 8:49 a.m. A resident said they got a voicemail the day before from someone who sounded frantic and said her boyfriend had died and that she needed to get her things out of an apartment, but a social worker wouldn't let her in. Police passed the information along to Portland Police because it wasn't associated with Lake Oswego.

1/31 10:11 a.m. A caller asked for advice on recovering property from someone else.

1/31 10:14 a.m. A resident said staff was keeping pills from her and not caring for her property, and that she was scared of one of the staff members.

1/31 1:31 p.m. A caller said the woman he lived with "keeps him drunk and medicated" and that had had dissociative identity disorder.

1/31 2:30 p.m. A caller said she'd been in line for 6 or 7 minutes at a bank drive-thru near the 500 block of A Avenue and no one was coming to the

window. It turned out all was OK.

1/31 2:49 p.m. Someone seemed disoriented and may have been talking to himself near Greentree Road and South Shore Boulevard.

1/31 5:41 p.m. A woman said she fired her nanny and the conversation didn't go well; she was concerned because the nanny had a key to her house.

1/31 8:27 p.m. Kids were running around, banging on doors and throwing things near

the 18400 block of Tamaway Drive.

1/31 10:10 p.m. A caller said she was concerned for her and her son's safety due to the father, who lived in Gresham and was angry.

2/1 6:45 a.m. A man who appeared to be drunk was sleeping in a lobby near the 500 block of 4th Street.

2/1 7:32 a.m. A suspicious looking man was seen in a car with a bandana over his face near the 80 block of Kingsgate Road. When someone drove by he covered his face with his arm and turned his lights off. It turned out he was waiting to pick up a friend and got there too early.

2/1 7:51 a.m. Someone was possibly living in a car near the 17300 block of Bergis Farm Drive.

2/1 3:46 p.m. Mailboxes and windows had been broken in an undisclosed area.

2/1 9:17 p.m. Two car loads of kids were at a park and a gun shot was possibly heard

near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

2/2 1:34 a.m. A caller was concerned about a teenager who was walking by themselves near Kerr Parkway and McNary Parkway.

2/2 2:23 a.m. A resident said a man was screaming behind her on a trail at an undisclosed location.

2/2 9:05 a.m. A resident said they had a no-contact order with their fiancé and they needed to get their vehicle and belongings from the fiance's home.
