"Everything we brought in was from Oregon," said Taryn McAllister, barn director at Lake Oswego Hunt.

She said the horses came from places like Estacada, Oregon City, Hillsboro and Newberg. "We're doing what we can," McAllister said.

Though the club's facility cannot accommodate more horses at the moment, the club is seeking additional support. People can donate supplies including bedding, hay or grain. There are also several displaced families staying on the club property, so cash donations for water, snacks and the like also are encouraged.

"Anything and everything is wonderful because this is a lot," McAllister said.

Folks can donate via PayPal by going to Lake Oswego Hunt's website and clicking on the "donate now" tab.
