Man arrested for DUII after vehicle rolled over on Terwilliger Boulevard
A man was arrested on suspicion of DUII Monday morning, Nov. 23, after his vehicle rolled over on Southwest Terwilliger Boulevard near Highway 43.
According to Twitter posts from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, the incident took place around 11:30 a.m. Monday. There were no injuries, and the driver told deputies that he'd swerved to miss a squirrel.
After a breathalyzer sample was taken and revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.13, however, the man was arrested.
The name of the man was not released by CCSO.

At 11:30 a.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle roll-over crash on SW Terwilliger Blvd., near Hwy 43 in Lake Oswego.
The driver told deputies he'd swerved to miss a squirrel.
