Agatha Christie's 'Murder on the Orient Express' will begin Jan. 7 and last until Feb. 13.

Agatha Christie's "Murder on the Orient Express," directed by David Sikking, will show at Lakewood from Jan. 7 through Feb. 13.

"Just after midnight, the famous train is stopped in its tracks by a snowdrift. When the isolated passengers discover a person stabbed to death they quickly become suspects as the one and only detective Hercule Poirot strives to identify the killer before the murderer strikes again," read Lakewood's press release. "Kick off the new year with an adventure that starts as a luxurious journey through Europe and becomes the scene of a murder in the blink of an eye."

The play will show Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. There will be one Wednesday performance at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 26, and matinees at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, and Sundays Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30 and Feb. 6 and 13.

During the Jan. 26 performance, people 35 and under can use the code "WOW25" for $25 tickets online. There will also be complimentary wine tasting with Willamette Vineyards available one hour before the play starts.

Tickets are normally priced at $36 for adults and $34 for seniors. Students and groups will receive additional discounts.
