According to court documents filed in Clackamas County, Campbell contacted an underage girl online in July 2021 and agreed to meet her to engage in sexually explicit conduct.
Campbell sexually abused the girl six days later, according to a secret indictment.
A citizen posted $5,000 bail on Campbell's behalf March 19, and he was released from custody. His next court date is scheduled for April 19.
