Founded and led by Sprague, LUXE Forbes Global Properties is headquartered in Lake Oswego and serves the entire state of Oregon. To advance the firm's growth objectives and amplify its international reach, LUXE joined Forbes Global Properties in January 2022 as the state's only representative.

Sprague's success with luxury real estate contributed to why he was chosen as the exclusive listing broker for the currently under-construction Ritz Carlton Residences in Portland.

"The Ritz-Carlton Residence is poised to lead Portland's rebound back to national and international prominence," said Walter Bowen, Founder and CEO of BPM Real Estate Group. "LUXE Forbes Global Properties brings a unique blend of international and local expertise in marketing similar properties to the Ritz-Carlton Residences to discerning clients. We are pleased to welcome Terry Sprague the founder of LUXE and his team to our group."

LUXE Forbes Global Properties is a recognized leader in both residential and commercial real estate, specializing in a wide variety of properties including new construction and redevelopment, historic and eco-friendly homes, as well as farms, ranches and vineyards.
