ACCIDENTS

9/9 9:49 p.m. An accident was reported near Stafford Road and Overlook Drive. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

9/11 2:32 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 40 block of N State Street. No one was injured.

9/12 12:56 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 800 block of 4th Street. An injury was reported.

9/13 10:12 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4100 block of Kruse Way. No one was injured.

9/13 12:26 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4400 block of Golden Lane. No one was injured.

THEFTS

9/9 10:13 a.m. A caller at an undisclosed location said their door frame was "messed up" and they believed their home had been broken into. Among the items missing were a phone, shoes, designer purses and "everything of value."

9/9 1:32 p.m. Two batteries were reported stolen near the 17700 block of Jean Way.

9/9 6:42 p.m. A caller said someone stole her phone and ID while she was traveling. This turned out not to be the case; the person was "very drunk," went to New Mexico for rehab and then backed out.

9/10 8:56 a.m. A checkbook was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 17600 block of Mardee Avenue.

9/10 9:52 a.m. A garden hose was reported stolen from a driveway near the 10 block of Masaryk.

9/11 9:29 a.m. Oxycodone was reported stolen from an undisclosed location.

9/11 10:51 a.m. Theft of an undisclosed nature was reported near the 3700 block of Olson Court.

9/11 5:41 p.m. An AED was reported stolen from a community swimming pool near the 1500 block of Boca Ratan Drive.

9/12 1:48 p.m. A bike was reported stolen from a carport near the 100 block of Church Street.

9/12 2:55 p.m. Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox near the 20 block of Monticello Drive.

9/13 12:22 p.m. Shoplifting was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/13 3:59 p.m. Theft of an undisclosed nature was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/13 7:07 p.m. A cell phone was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 10 block of Hillshire Drive.

STOLEN VEHICLES

9/10 7:37 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 17500 block of Schalit Way.

FRAUD

9/12 7:40 a.m. A resident said they received a call from someone who asked if they'd be home to sign for a $2 million check from Publishers Clearing House. They understood it was a scam, but were concerned.

9/13 8:53 a.m. A caller said someone was trying to impersonate them by using their name and email.

9/13 2:50 p.m. A resident said someone called claiming to be from PGE and demanded payment by Zelle.

MISC.

9/9 8:08 a.m. An "old, beat up van" had been parked for several days near the 4700 block of Lamont Way.

9/9 10:30 a.m. A student wanted to talk to a school resource officer about a citation they'd received.

9/9 1:42 p.m. A resident said when they arrived home near the 3900 block of Carman Drive, they saw two men walking around the area and looking into windows. They looked "high as a kite."

9/9 3:36 p.m. A caller said someone kept pulling fire alarms and yanking down live wires at a building near the 4000 block of Mercantile Drive.

9/9 7:49 p.m. Someone was reportedly taking pictures of 11-year-old girls near the 30 block of A Avenue.

9/9 7:50 p.m. A resident said someone pushed them down in the street, causing them to hurt their hand and break their glasses, near the 100 block of A Avenue.

9/9 8:03 p.m. A man was screaming and fighting with people near the 100 block of A Avenue.

9/9 10:36 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked "where the teachers usually park" near the 3400 block of Royce Way.

9/9 11:12 p.m. A caller said they heard a firework go off near the 18000 block of Westminster Drive, and they were concerned due to the red flag fire warning.

9/10 6:33 a.m. People were apparently driving slowly through a complex throughout the night near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway, and a resident worried they were associated with recent catalytic converter thefts.

9/10 10:39 a.m. A man was sitting in his vehicle at a parking lot near the 4300 block of Childs Road, then moved his car so it was parked right next to someone else. He then began staring at that person.

9/10 11:27 a.m. A man was playing basketball and "staring at kids" near the 16800 block of Hawthorne Drive. When confronted, he "got aggressive" and said to "back off." He claimed to be playing hide-and-seek with the kids and police later determined this was all a misunderstanding.

9/10 11:49 a.m. Trespassing and harassment were reported at an undisclosed location.

9/10 3:00 p.m. Kids on a moped were driving "very fast" and almost hit a person and her dog near Uplands Drive and Wembley Park Road.

9/10 4:44 p.m. The driver of a car with a broken back window appeared to be "snooping around a gate" near Chandler Road and Iron Mountain Boulevard.

9/10 6:11 p.m. A car was "parked weird and full of property" near the 300 block of S State Street.

9/10 6:15 p.m. A caller said a dog was panting and pawing at the window from inside a car near the 300 block of S State Street.

9/10 8:21 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked outside a house for 15 minutes near the 100 block of Kingsgate Road.

9/11 12:25 a.m. Someone reported an ongoing issue with a barking dog near the 20 block of El Greco.

9/11 4:40 a.m. Three kids were hanging out on a corner and "up to no good" near Peters Road and Galen Street. It turned out to be three adults who were "very intoxicated" and having an argument.

9/11 8:31 a.m. A dog looked like it may have been hit by a car near Daniel Way and Kruse Way Place.

9/11 8:39 a.m. A man wanted to report something to an officer, but it was unclear what he wanted to talk about.

9/11 12:56 p.m. A child custody dispute was reported.

9/11 1:13 p.m. A man with a boombox was "disrupting everyone" by saying "crazy things" and "talking gibberish" near the 300 block of 1st Street.

9/11 3:22 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen somewhere that was "not a typical place to park" near Stafford Road and Bergis Road. It turned out the driver of the car was painting something.

9/11 11:26 p.m. Loud music could be heard from across the lake near the 700 block of South View Road.

9/12 12:24 a.m. A caller said that for the fourth night in a row, New Seasons was doing deliveries and making excessive noise near the 1300 block of McVey Avenue.

9/12 1:04 a.m. A man was yelling and "sounds very threatening" near the 14800 block of Twin Fir Road. It turned out he was upset with a friend.

9/12 10:52 a.m. A caller said they found a severed bunny head on a gravel loop trail near the 19600 block of River Run Drive, and they worried a human did this.

9/12 11:22 a.m. A homeless man was apparently refusing to leave a church after getting help from a pastor near the 4000 block of Sunset Drive.

9/12 12:10 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with no plate on the back was seen near B Avenue and 6th Street.

9/12 1:44 p.m. A possible DUII was reported near Country Club Road and Boones Ferry Road.

9/12 1:44 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 4600 block of Lamont Way. It was believed that the car might be involved in delivering drugs.

9/12 3:48 p.m. A caller said their ex broke into their house by knocking down the back door.

9/12 5:50 p.m. Police were asked to check on someone's mother-in-law who was not answering her phone. It turned out she was just taking a nap.

9/12 6:43 p.m. "Excessive dog barking" was reported near the 4600 block of Lower Drive.

9/12 11:58 p.m. Someone asked for a ride to a rehab center.

9/13 3:02 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 1800 block of South Shore Boulevard.

9/13 10:38 a.m. An assistant principal said they received third-hand information about a possible drug deal at Lakeridge High School.

9/13 11:58 a.m. A caller said someone came to their house and claimed to be an employee with the city of Lake Oswego. The person looked at their electrical panel and walked around outside the house, and it seemed like a scam. However, it turned out to be an actual city inspector.

9/13 1:24 p.m. A man was taking pictures of students near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/13 2:24 p.m. A caller said both they and their dog were bitten by another dog near the 4300 block of Childs Road.

9/13 2:52 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with no plates was seen near 7th Street and D Avenue.

9/13 3:28 p.m. A resident said they received a voicemail from NW Mutual Insurance about someone calling with their name and Social Security number.

9/13 3:55 p.m. Someone reported an ongoing issue with kids in buses throwing objects at cars near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive.

9/13 6:55 p.m. A person asked the police to give them a ride to the hospital.

9/13 8:20 p.m. A suspicious looking man was sitting on the steps of someone's property near the 400 block of 2nd Street.

9/13 8:31 p.m. A caller said their 16-year-old daughter was refusing to come home from a friend's house.

9/14 12:20 a.m. A resident said they heard someone breaking something near the 15000 block of Davis Lane. It turned out to be a door closing on a U-Haul truck.

9/14 3:21 a.m. Someone was screaming profanities for between 20 and 30 minutes near Conifer Drive and South Shore Boulevard.

9/14 4:01 a.m. A dog had apparently been barking all night and seemed to be in distress near the 300 block of 3rd Street.
