In Oregon high school football, Class 6A's final four came together on Friday, slugged it out and set the table for next week's state championship game.

By the time the dust had settled, it was No. 2 Clackamas and No. 5 South Medford that were left standing, the Cavaliers routing Tigard 52-7 and the Panthers taking out No. 1 Lake Oswego 49-27.

Those two teams — both first-time championship participants — will meet at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at Reser Stadium in Corvallis for the 2017 state championship.

With big games like those going on, you just know that Pamplin Media Group's sports editors were out to document the Final Four action.
