Local Class 6A girls polo players honored with all-tournament recognition for 2021.

PMG PHOTO: MILES VANCE - Lakeridge junior goalie Evelyn Miller proved herself big-time in 2021, leading the Pacers to a Three Rivers League championship and into the semifinals of the Class 6A state tournament.They swam faster.

They scored more often. And they racked up the most wins.

And in response, they — Oregon's best high school girls water polo players — have been honored with Class 6A all-tournament recognition for the 2021 fall season.

Here's a list of the best players from Lake Oswego and Lakeridge high schools who were honored this year. You can see the complete list of honorees here.


Most Valuable Player: Pippa Heaver, so., Mountainside.

First team — Ella Ferguson, so., Lakeridge. Goalie: Evelyn Miller, jr., Lakeridge.

Second team — Adrienne Medak, fr., Lakeridge.

Honorable Mention — Carmen Karsonovich, jr., Lake Oswego.
