Are you lost and confused when it comes to finding resources for caregiving? Do you have questions for which you just can’t seem to find answers? Ruth Cohen, a long-time geriatric care manager and a resident of Lake Oswego, facilitates the Family Caregiver Discussion Group.

Come and hear others’ experiences and challenges, learn about community resources and develop skills to care for your loved one. Find tricks of the trade that will help you be less stressed and refreshed for your caregiving role. You are not alone and this group will help give support and resources. The group meets every fourth Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The next meeting is April 23. No registration required and open to all ages.

Call 503-635-3758 to register for classes, events and make lunch reservations. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at a suggested donation of $4 for those 60 and over and $5 for everyone else.
