The Lakewood Center Associates invite all to attend the monthly luncheon meeting. Guest speakers will be Nancy Niland and Mark Browne of Oswego Heritage Council.

Oswego Heritage Council Executive Director Nancy Niland and OHC Archivist Mark Browne will be the guest speakers at the Lakewood Center Associates meeting March 21. All are invited to attend.

The Lakewood Center Associates (LCA) will host its monthly meeting March 21 at the Lakewood Center for the Arts. Guest speakers will be Nancy Niland, executive director of Oswego Heritage Council (OHC), and Mark Browne, OHC archivist.

Niland and Browne will discuss the financial sustainability of Oswego Heritage House, along with the recent addition of an archive room, designed to preserve and research historical collections donated by community members.

LCA is a group of volunteers whose mission is to promote the welfare and service the needs of the Lakewood Center for the Arts. The group oversees fundraising events and manages the Re-Runs shop, a consignment and gift shop selling furniture, jewelry, antiques and housewares.

New members and guests are welcome to participate in the monthly luncheon programs. Sign-in begins at 10 a.m., a business meeting takes place at 10:30 a.m., followed by the program at 11 a.m. and lunch at noon. The charge for lunch is $10, payable by cash or check.
