NCC workshop to explore relationship dependency
Northwest Catholic Counseling Center will present an interactive workshop offering tips about healthy dependency and suggestions on nurturing healthier forms of interdependence Feb. 22.
The workshop, which will be led by Michelle Sideroff, LPC, will run from 10 a.m. to noon at NCC offices located at 8383 N.E. Sandy Blvd., Suite 205 in Portland. Cost is $30 per person and scholarships are available.

Portland Garden Club will host Floratopia
The Portland Garden Club will present Floratopia Inspirations 2020 May 16 and 17 at the World Forestry Center in Portland.
The mission of the garden club is to "stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening, to aid in the protecting of the native trees, plants and birds, to encourage civic beauty, and to improve and protect the quality of the environment through programs and action in the fields of conservation and education."

AARP Tax-Aide available
AARP will again offer free volunteer-based Tax-Aide for adults seeking help filing their 2019 federal and state tax returns.
People with rental property income or who have a business that had a loss are out of the scope of this program.
The tax preparation appointments will be held from
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through April 14 at the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center, 505 G Ave., Lake Oswego.
