Do you want your child to have fun engaging in opportunities that will support continued learning and personal growth over the summer months? FUN IN THE SUN is an exciting recreation day camp offered in West Linn Parks. This summer, we are offering one-week sessions of camp at Willamette Park and Marylhurst Heights Park. The camps are designed for kids from 6-12 years old and are led by Parks and Recreation staff. All camp sessions are weekly, and include a field trip, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

FUN IN THE SUN is a traditional day camp program designed to provide fun and exciting activities for youth. Our trained staff works daily to offer enrichment activities in the areas of arts, games, social and cultural activities and nature study. The camp will take a weekly field trip to various local venues and bring in presenters or activities each week. Camper to staff ratio is 10:1.

A full week of registration is required to attend the field trip. Daily drop-In available on a first-come, first-serve basis onsite and if space is available. No drop-ins available on scheduled field trip days. Cost is $110 for West Linn residents and $120 for anyone outside of the city. The Daily Drop-In Fee is $30. A discount of $20 is offered for families with multiple children registered for the same camp and same week.

The Jordan Kent Skills Camp, a multi-sport camp, is offered to youth ages 6-12 years. These, week-long, camps offer beginning to intermediate fundamental training in football, soccer or basketball where your camper will participate in skill training, agility training, games and nutrition education, all while basking in an exciting and engaging camp atmosphere! Both options include a t-shirt and post camp prizes.

Summer session is July 6-9, cost $155.95/per week Half Day (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or $185.95/per week Full Day (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Scholarships are available. Save $15 off registration with code: WL2020. If for unforeseen circumstances camps are not held, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.
