Whole House Organization (Virtual) – Start the New Year with a whole house declutter and the organization that will breathe fresh air into your home and your sense of well-being. Each week professional organizer Kaye Silver teaches participants to organize one category of their household, such as clothes. The following week participants share their results and learn about the next category. Ages 18+, 6-7:30 p.m., Thursdays, Jan. 14-March 18, $134.
Herb Gardening Basics – Learn the basics of herb production: how to choose plants for your site as well as propagation, planting, and harvesting herbs to use in your kitchen. Participants will lease with three easy to grow plants and seeds to start later. Ages 18+, 1-2:30 p.m., Saturday, March 20, Luscher Farm, $16.
There's Something About Seeds – Seeds are joyful little dream packages just waiting to grow into something beautiful and delicious. Learn how to read a seed packet, store leftover seeds, and create an edible flower seed matrix in your garden soil so plats grow instead of weeds. Participants receive a bag of 10 seed packets to get started. Ages 18+, 1-2:30 p.m., Saturday, April 17, Luscher Farm, $12.
50+ Zumba Gold – Enjoy easy to follow dance moves set to high-energy Latin and international music, while providing you with a great cardio workout, as it tones and sculpts your body. Ages 50+, 9-10 a.m., Tuesdays, Jan. 5-Feb. 23, $58.
Aerobics Exercise to Music – Improve your overall health while having fun moving to music from the '50s, '60s, '70s and '80s, in this low intensity aerobics class. Light weights incorporated into a portion of the class. Ages 50+, 9-10 a.m., Thursdays, Jan. 7-Feb. 25, $58.
Cardio and Strength – Cardio and strength building class for all levels. Log in and join us with a mat, dumbbells and resistance bands … your heart will thank you! Ages 18+, 9-10 a.m., Mondays, Jan. 4-Feb. 22, $48.
Strength and Balance – This class aims to increase balance, bone density and confidence, promote wellness, lean muscle and overall strength through specifically formatted exercises. Be prepared with a mat and weights. Ages 18+, 12-1 p.m., Wednesdays, Jan. 6-Feb. 24, $58.

Mindfulness Meditation & Shibashi Qigong Classes (Virtual)
Beginners: 1 – Good for all health conditions, pain management, abilities and levels. No approval needed. Ages 16+, 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesdays, Jan. 13-April 14, $98.
Free Class Placement – Pre-requisite for the following classes: Pain Management: 2; Five Hindrances: 3; Seminar 8 Fold Path: 4. Meet Instructor Surja Tjahaja, review class offerings with him and receive input as to the class that will best meet your needs. Please attend any time during class hours. Ages 16+, 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 6.
Shibashi Qigong: Instruction – Learn the ancient healing practice of Qigong, a Chinese moving meditation. The Shibashi form is founded on basic Tai Chi posture positions and movement principles. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Ages 18+, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Mondays, Jan. 4-April 5, $25.
Shibashi Qigong: Meditation – The primary focus of this class will be practicing the Set 1 and Set 2 Shibashi Qigong forms as a silent meditation. Set 3 movements will be introduced. Recommended for students who have previously been introduced to the movements. Age 18+, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Wednesdays, Jan. 6-April 7, $25
