Memoir Writing: Writing memoir is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore an event or situation in your life that's meaningful to you and gives your listeners a chance to share in your experience. Be ready for a fun and engaging way to share your stories and get to know others. Ages 18+, 9-11 a.m., Tuesdays, Feb. 23-April 13, Virtual, $23.

Babysitter Extraordinaire

Babysitter Training: Gain confidence and insight into be the best babysitter you can be. Topics include accident prevention, handling emergencies, first aid and child development, positive supervision and the rights and responsibilities of a "good" babysitter. Ages 11-15, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 27, CCP, $130.

Swing into Spring

21965 - Ballroom Dance I: For spring cycle, learn the elegant Waltz and the fun, sassy American Tango. Students are ready for the dance floor after learning the basics and beyond in these two Ballroom rhythms. Price is per person. Couples only due to COVID. Ages 16+, 7-8 p.m., Thursdays, April 8-May 27, CCP, $67.

21966 – Ballroom Dance II: Take the basic steps you learned in the beginning class and add some flair. Build a series of routines in all styles of dance you have learned through the beginning classes. Price is per person. Couples only due to COVID. Ages 16+, 8-9 p.m., Thursdays, April 8-May 27, CCP, $67.

Stay Active

Tai Chi for Health, Balance & Relaxation: Tai Chi reduces stress, improves balance and promotes better health. This class teaches the Yang style long form and two traditional Chi Kung exercises. Very relaxed atmosphere will leave you at peace. Class size is limited. Ages 18+, 4-5 p.m., Mondays, March 1-April 19, Christ Church Parish, $42.

VIRTUAL - Calm & Meditative Yoga: Learn a yoga flow that will include a variety of poses along with meditation. Each class will focus on one step of poses. By week 4 the entire yoga flow and meditation will be reviewed. No prior experience needed. Yoga mat and yoga blocks are helpful, but not required. Ages 18+, 10-11 a.m., Mondays, March 1-22, Virtual, $61.

VIRTUAL - Boomer's Boot Camp: Are you a Boomer or aging Master looking to gain strength and feel energized? This class is for all levels of fitness. Increase your heart rate, health, and strength safely, effectively and comfortably. All while having fun and getting fit. Ages 50+.
