Upcoming summer camps

Kindercamp: Creature Mania-Take a stroll through the forest as we learn about the animals, invent habitats, make hedgehogs and bird feeders. Ages 4-6, 9:15 a.m.- 12:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 28-July 2, George Rogers Park, $160.

Tiny Tykes Soccer Camps – This fun camp includes games and activities to develop coordination, balance, running, stopping, kicking and dribbling.

Music Bootcamp – Spend the day playing instructions, like drums, guitar, piano and more. Sing songs, dancing to tunes, playing musical games. Ages 5-8, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 21-25, Uplands Elementary (UPE), $319.

Radical Robotics – What is a robot and how do they move and "think?" Spend the week discovering the world of automation. Learn the basics and complexities of robotics and how robots work by building your own robots to keep and take home. Ages 8-13, 9a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 21-25, UPE, $360.

Adventures in STEM using LEGO Materials – Let your imagination run wild with thousands of LEGO parts. Build tunnel boring machines, stilt houses and teacup rides. Ages 5-7, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 21-25, UPE, $160.

Teen Service Corp: LO Natural Resources and Paintball – Age 13-17, volunteer in one of LO's Parks and Greenspaces helping to improve and beautify your local community. Then get ready for a day of paintball, archery and rock climbing at Camp Dakota. Ages 13-17, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday-Thursday, June 29-July 1, Christ Church Parish (CCP), $150.

Fish, Forage, Fire – Learn the art of being an outdoorsman. Learn to fish, forage from the natural world, archery and plant ID. Fishing includes baiting, cleaning and cooking, as well as gear and casting. Ages 8-13, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 21-25, Mary S. Young Park, $271.

Jordan Kent Just Kids Skills Camp – Created by former U of O, 3-sport athlete and NFL player, Jordan Kent. Camp instruction, life skills, nutrition, agility, games, contests and prizes. Ages 6-12.

Half Day – 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., Monday –Thursday, June 28-July 1, Westlake Park, $159.95,.

Full Day – 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Thursday, June 28-July 1, Westlake Park, $189.95.

Adult Classes

Outdoor Fitness – There's nothing better than getting outdoors in Oregon. Strength, cardio and mat work will both challenge and motivate you. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water to each class. Ages 18+, 10:45-11:45 a.m., Wednesdays, June 2-July 28, West Waluga Park, $50.

NEW! Whole House Organization – Declutter your home and make room for the new you. In this ten-week course, professional organizer Kay Silver draws from many organizing techniques, including Marie Kondo's KonMari Method. Each week Kaye will teach methods for sorting, decluttering, organizing and disposing a single category of item in your house, such as: clothes, books, or memorabilia. The following week participants share their results and Kay introduces the next category. Participants can expect to spend three hours a week working on their spaces. Ages 18+, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 16-Aug. 25, Virtual, $134.
