"Last year we came up with this idea in order to recognize more than just sports in our community. We wanted to find a fun way to engage all students and staff. As a result, we had community members, staff, high school students, and youth submit various works of art into our Art Show."

This year the Art Show will be held from 5-7 p.m. on May 17 in the high school commons.

"Throughout Art Appreciation Week itself, we will be having a luncheon with choir, band, and drama to recognize them for their great talent. Along with this, we will be having announcements each day to display some of the accomplishments of our art programs. We would love to have the community come to this year's Art Show to support our Art Appreciation Week."
