Moose Lodge to hold fundraiser for disabled veterans
Molalla Moose Lodge has planned a Car Show fundraiser for Saturday, Sept. 7, at Molalla High School's Heckard Field parking lot from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The lodge is expecting about 40 cars that will be judged between noon and 2 p.m. by lodge members that deal with older cars. The cars will be judged in 10-year increments with trophies for first place and ribbons for second place.
Breakfast will be served in the morning and barbeque in the afternoon for donations. Vendors will offer everything from t-shirts to bath soaps.
Those who are interested in setting up a booth should call Jamie at 503-829-5539 between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Booths can be had for a small price that will go to the veterans.
All of the proceeds will go to the Disabled American Veterans. For more information, contact Rick Reed at 503-519-5576.
