Answering emergency calls and making breakfast
The Colton Volunteer Firefighters hosted their annual Hunters' Breakfast for the community this past Saturday. Not only did they serve up fluffy pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juice and coffee, but they answered three emergency calls during the event. Now that is dedication to the community. Remember to thank them for all they do.
Colton Boosters still need help
The next Colton booster meeting is this Wednesday, Oct. 2 at the Colton Middle School, 21580 South Schieffer Road, beginning at 6:30 p.m. They are still seeking individuals to take on officer roles to keep boosters and active part of the school community.
