Kimberly Knobf combines surgery with TOPS principles and support to drop 141 pounds and earn honor

Knowing she needed to make a change, Molalla's Kimberly Knobf decided the time had come to make it happen.

The result has been a 141-pound weight loss for Knobf. After having weight loss surgery, she committed to working with the Take Off Pounds Sensibly program, a noncommercial weight loss, education and support organization.

As a result of her weight loss, Knobf was named the 2019 TOPS Division 9 second-place winner, meaning she lost the second most weight in her division in the 2019 calendar year.

Coupled with the surgery, Knobf attributes her weight loss success to the support she received from her fellow TOPS members.
