COURTESY PHOTO: MIKE BAUMEISTER - T-Mobile and Clackamas County Emergency Operations are offering cell phones with free data for 30 days to fire victims.The Clackamas Emergency Operations Center has received an offer of 50 cell phones from T-Mobile with free unlimited data for 30 days to be distributed to residents impacted by the fires.

Phones are being shipped but have not arrived yet. The center is hoping to connect with populations as quickly as possible.
