The county is offering a first-dose and second-dose Pfizer shot for ages 12 and up.

In an effort to help Oregon fully reopen, Clackamas County is hosting a first-dose and a second-dose COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Colton Middle School, 21580 S. Schieffer Road.

Most restrictions will be lifted statewide after 70% of Oregonians 16 and older receive their first dose, according to Oregon Gov. Kate Brown.

The vaccine clinic is open to the community. Appointments are encouraged but not required. Walk-ins are welcome.

Both clinics will offer the Pfizer vaccine for people age 12 and older. Parent or guardian consent is required for 12- to 14-year-olds. Under Oregon law, minors age 15 and older may consent to medical treatment, including vaccinations.

The first-dose clinic will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. June 8.

The second-dose clinic will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. June 29.
