Marquam church offering free breakfast

A free community breakfast will be offered at Marquam United Methodist Church on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The church is located in downtown Marquam just off Highway 213.

County fair and rodeo ready to get rolling

The Clackamas County Fair and Canby Rodeo will run Aug. 16-20 at the fairgrounds in Canby.

Star party set for Molalla Library

The Molalla Public Library is teaming with the Rose City Astronomers for a 'star party' on Wednesday, Aug. 17, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Bring binoculars and the event is contingent on clear skies.

'Slice' music series continues in August

Canby's Slice of Summer concert series concludes with the sounds of Generator on Aug. 22.

Seating is grass, so chairs, blankets or other seating are recommended.

'Friends' continues its outdoor concert series

The Friends of the Canby Public Library Concert Series concludes with The Rose City Brass Quintet on Thursday, Sept. 1, at 6 p.m.

Taproom channeling Oktoberfest celebration in Canby

Canby's FOB Taproom will tap into a German tradition with the first-ever Fobtoberfest in Wait Park on Sept. 17 from noon to 9 p.m.

Modeled after the annual Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, this event will feature not only local businesses, but music, beverages and food.
