Indians to take on Crook County Tuesday night, return home for Estacada Friday

Despite a strong performance in the first half that gave them a five-point lead with three minutes to play, Molalla couldn't keep things going enough to grab a win over Gladstone last Friday night.

Junior Jeff Larsen collected nine points in the first quarter alone as he led the Indians to a 14-11 performance heading into the second quarter, where Molalla continued to see shots fall and play some solid defense against the Glads.

But Gladstone came out firing in the second half and was able to secure a 13-point win over the Indians.

With the loss, Molalla moves to 3-12 on the season and 0-2 in Tri-Valley play. Up next, they'll take on Crook County (5-10, 2-0 TVC) in an away matchup on Tuesday, and will then return home to face Estacada (2-13, 0-2 TVC) on Friday at 7 p.m.
