The Indians were able to traverse the state meet course at Lane Community College as best in state toed the line

The Molalla High boys cross country team found the course tough and the competition tougher during the Class 4A state meet Nov. 6 at Lane Community College.

The Indians finished last in the team scoring, collecting 333 points during the early afternoon run.

Leading the way for Molalla was district champion Riley Reynolds, who would finish in 66th place with a time of 19:38.5.

He would be followed by Lucas Bereth in 74th place (20:02.9), Colten Strohmeyer in 76th position (20:12.5), Osten Terry in 84th spot (21:39.0), and Levi Wood in 88th position (24:07.0).

Siuslaw would win the team title with 42 points.
