Wrestling at the Scio tourney on Dec. 11, the Vikings snagged a pair of championships and a 5th place team finish

The Colton High wresting team enjoyed some success Saturday at the Scio Holiday Tournament with nine kids competing and four of them finding the podium, according to coach Brian Moore.

Junior Roger Moore took first place at 152 pounds, senior Dylan Bonfield battled his way to second place at 160 pounds, junior Nolan Earls snagged a championship at 195 pounds, and sophomore Steven Hamm Sophomore took third at 285 pounds.

Overall, the Vikings finished fifth place in the team race.
