The event, which ran from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and included adult bands in the afternoon and evening, was well-attended throughout the day, according to Ethos instructor Sarah Goff.

Student music and dance performances were the most popular, drawing families and relatives. Families also stuck around to enjoy kids’ games, a face painting booth, and meals from four different vendors.

Will this be an annual event? “A lot of people are talking about it, but since three of the Ethos instructors will not be here next year, it will be up to other community leaders to organize it,” Goff noted.
