Central Oregon Realtors Association seeks nominations for outstanding homes or buildings.

For over 40 years, the Building a Better Central Oregon Awards have celebrated the great contributions of businesses and residents in Jefferson, Deschutes, Crook and Harney counties to enhance their community with outstanding new or renovated residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

COAR is currently accepting nominations for the awards from the individuals, community organizations and businesses through April 15. A committee of Central Oregon Association of Realtors members will tour the nominations and select final winners based on the following criteria:

- Property must be within Jefferson, Crook, Deschutes or Harney counties.

- Must have been completed within the last two years.

- Must have significant impact on, or enhancement to the community, such as local economic impact, neighborhood improvement, community improvement, neighborhood/community beautification, unique design and/or unique use of materials.

- Can be new construction and/or renovation or restoration such as, but not limited to commercial construction (office, retail, industrial, multi-family, etc.), community projects or community art.

The Central Oregon Association of Realtors is a voice in the real estate industry in Jefferson, Crook, Deschutes, and Harney counties.
