Police, Fire and Circuit Court Logs for the week of Nov. 4
The following items are from Circuit Court sentencing reports. The sentences are for multiple charges, jail of 30 days or more, and felony offenses.
Carmen Salgado, 39, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution, a Class C felony, which occurred on April 12. She was sentenced to three years of supervised probation. A charge of attempting to commit a Class C or unclassified felony was dismissed.
Timothy Ryan Hicks, 42, pleaded guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a Class A misdemeanor, which occurred on Oct. 3. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
Cody Allen Lesina, 34, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony, which occurred on July 8. He was sentenced to 57 days in the JCCF, and three years of supervised probation.
Steven Jesus Arce, 32, pleaded no contest to second-degree disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, which occurred on Oct. 18. He was sentenced to 30 days in the JCCF. A charge of interfering with a peace, parole or probation officer was dismissed.
David Carroll Hickman, 57, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, Class C misdemeanors, which occurred on Oct. 28 and 30. He was sentenced to 60 days in the JCCF.
Lenora Ayana Williams, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, which occurred on Sept. 5. She was sentenced to seven days in the JCCF and 18 months of supervised probation. Charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.

Information was obtained at the Madras Police Department regarding a sex offender living in the same residence with minors. Upon closer investigation, it was learned the report was not accurate, and the offender does not have any prohibitions from having contact with minors. The case was closed.
Pedro Jimenez, 31, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest.
Madras police took a report of a cut fuel line and stolen fuel from a vehicle parked overnight at Inn of Cross Keys Station. The investigation is ongoing.
Clifford Arthur, 32, was arrested for interfering with a peace officer.
A report of theft was taken at Reynoso's Jewelry. The investigation is ongoing.
A report of a stolen vehicle from Southwest Culver Highway in Madras was taken.
Sabre Hume-Seyler, 25, was arrested on Romero Court on a confirmed warrant.
An officer with the Madras Police Department took a report of a vehicle damage after a garbage dumpster was hit and pushed into the back window of a parked vehicle on Northeast Beverly Drive.
Madras police were dispatched to a medical call on Southwest Second Street, where a male was deceased.
An officer took an initial investigation report for a Department of Human Services referral. The case was forwarded to DHS and Madras police detectives for review.
Madras police took a report of hit and run that occurred at La Posada Mexican Grill.
A report of burglary was taken on Southeast G Street. On Nov. 6 Madras police took a report of a stolen vehicle from the same address and four juveniles were charged with theft, stolen vehicle and burglary with the assistance from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and the Oregon State Police.
An officer responded to Bi-Mart in regards to a shoplifter. Misty Cade, 30, was cited for third-degree theft and trespassed from the property.
Madras police investigated a sexual harassment complaint on Southeast 10th Street. A juvenile was issued a citation for sexual harassment.
Madras police took a report of burglary from Northwest B Street.
A hit and run report was taken on Southwest Highway 97. Case pending identification of suspect.
A hit and run report was received on Northeast Cedar Street.
A vehicle versus pedestrian crash report was received. Two subjects were transported to Madras St. Charles by a personal vehicle for evaluation.
Anthony Arthur, 26, was arrested on a confirmed warrant after being located hiding I the bathroom at 525 Southeast 10th St.
Madras police conducted a welfare check on Madison Street. Report forwarded to Adult Protective Services.
Heather Picard, 35, was arrested during a traffic stop on Birch and Glass Drive.
Madras police responded to a report of an assault at Grocery Outlet. Case pending.
Janita Wayne, 23, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant.
An officer performed extra patrol at 525 Southeast 10th St. During a stop Semaj Blackman Jr., 21, was arrested for probation violation and Edwin Williams, 48, was arrested on a confirmed felony warrant.
A theft report was taken from Grocery Outlet. Case pending contact with suspect.
A report of a disturbance as received. Luis Castro, 29, was arrested for harassment.
Madras police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in Northeast Madras. The driver fled the scene on foot. The driver was identified and the case is currently under investigation.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a citizen's report of an unoccupied vehicle crashed off Mt. View Drive near Southwest Belmont Lane. The deputy learned the crash happened around 2:30 a.m. The driver, Justice Moore, 34, of Culver, stated he swerved to miss a deer and his vehicle went off the roadway. The vehicle ran over rocks and was totaled. Moore and his passenger were uninjured. Moore was issued a citation for fail to drive within the lane.
A deputy with the JCSO made a traffic stop in Madras. Jonathan Grisewood, 65, of Madras, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and operating without required lighting equipment. The vehicle was impounded.
The JCSO made a traffic stop on a vehicle. Jeremiah Cegers, 19, of Bend, was arrested on a warrant.
Daren Foster, 51, of Madras, was cited for speeding and driving uninsured. The vehicle was impounded.
The JCSO responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in Crooked River Ranch. It was determined Celina Sorensen, 45, of CRR, had committed assault. Sorensen was arrested and lodged for fourth-degree assault, attempted strangulation, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance north of Madras. Logan Harris, 26, of Madras, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment, resisting arrest, and interfering with a peace officer.
The JCSO made a traffic stop on a vehicle in Madras. Marcos Vargas, 26, of Madras, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and improper display of registration. Vargas was also arrested on a probation violation. The vehicle was impounded.
A JCSO deputy was at the Jefferson County Courthouse during a court proceeding for Jennifer Anne Goelze, 46, of Madras. Att he conclusion of the proceeding, Goelze was arrested by order of the court.
The JCSO received a call regarding a subject in the courthouse with a warrant. Rabe Glen Clements, 27, of Warm Springs, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
A deputy with the JCSO responded to Southwest Hays Road in CRR regarding a subject misusing 911 several times. George Gove, 37, of CRR, was taken into custody.
The JCSO responded to a head on motor vehicle crash in CRR. Brandon Bendel, 32, of Shedd, was driving under the influence of alcohol and crossed the center line hitting another vehicle head on. Bendel was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangering and first-degree assault.
Contact was made with a male subject in a parked vehicle on Highway 97 near milepost 76. Marvin Miller, 59, of Klamath Falls, was arrested for a warrant.
The JCSO responded to a report of trespassing and theft of services. Katie Bregenzer, 30, of Metolius, had run an extension cord from another residence to her own for power. The reporting party declined to pursue criminal charges.
A deputy with the JCSO made a traffic stop on a vehicle east of Haystack. Christopher Smith, 38, of Culver, was cited for driving suspended and operating a vehicle without required lighting. The vehicle was impounded.
