A report of cold burglary was taken from Green Spot Trailer Park.
An officer took a harassment report of an employee at Central Organics.
A burglary report was taken from Southwest G Street.
An assault report was taken on Southeast Tenth Street.
A criminal mischief report was taken from Northwest Canyon Road.
Possible child abuse was reported.
Timothy Schultz, 51, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and a warrant.
Personnel with Jefferson County Rural Fire District No. 1 responded to the following incidents.

Motor vehicle crash on Northeast Oak Street.
Medical call on Southwest Irving lane.
Possible fire on Northeast Lower Drive and Northeast Hilltop Lane.

Hazard on Southwest Bar Drive.
Motor vehicle crash on Highway 97 milepost 105.

Gustavo Alonso, 22, of Madras, was contacted by the JCSO. Upon investigation, it was determined Alonso had a warrant for his arrest and was lodged at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
The JCSO responded to a disturbance in Crooked River Ranch. Christopher Koomen, 34, of CRR, was arrested for harassment.
A deputy was present during a drug court proceeding at the Jefferson County Courthouse. At the conclusion of the proceeding, Allen Arthur Holquin, 57, of Madras, and Kacy Stanton McGinnis, 27, of Madras, were arrested by order of the court.
The JCSO responded to a report of disorderly conduct on Northwest Depot Road. A juvenile was subsequently arrested.
A deputy responded to Southwest Horny Hollow Trail in CRR for reported criminal mischief.
A deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle in Madras. Eugenia Tappo, 67, of Warm Springs, was cited for driving while suspended and operating without required lighting equipment. The vehicle was impounded.
A dog at large on Southwest Bozarth Lane bit a juvenile while they were walking home from the bus stop. The owner was cited and the vaccinated dog was left at the residence.
A JCSO deputy investigated an inmate versus inmate assault within the Jefferson County Jail. Inmate Jenny Redfox, 28, of Madras, assaulted two female inmates. Redfox was arrested for assault and two counts of harassment.
The JCSO initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in Madras. Ryan Morrison, 26, of Madras, was issued a citation for improper display of registration and driving uninsured. The vehicle was impounded.
A deputy responded to the Jefferson County Courthouse for a report of a wanted person. Luke Stancin, 46, was arrested on a warrant.
The JCSO took a report of a single-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle crash on Southwest Ramms Road.
The JCSO received a call regarding Pedro Carillo-Rosa, 53, of Madras, being at the Jefferson County Courthouse and had a warrant. Carillo-Rosa was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
A deputy responded to the Jefferson County Parole and Probation office at the request of a probation officer to arrest Kacy McGinnis, 27, of Culver, on a probation violation. McGinnis was lodged without incident.
Victor Saiza, 30, of Warm Springs, was observed walking along Highway 26. Saiza was known to have a warrant and was contacted. Saiza ran from the deputy after being told he was under arrest. Saiza was located shortly thereafter and transported to jail without incident.
Kent Glovinsky, 38, of Madras, was contacted and arrested on an active warrant.
The JCSO made a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 361 near milepost 6. After investigation, Heli Vivanco, 25, of Metolius, was arrested on reckless driving.
Deputies with the JCSO responded to a residence in Metolius for the report of a fight in progress. Brian Fraser, 26, of Madras and Adam Stephenson, 24, of Madras, were arrested on charges of assault, harassment and unlawful use of a weapon.
Matthew Logan Lockett, 32, of Madras, and Toni Elaine Tail, 36, of Warm Springs, were arrested by order of the court during a drug court proceeding.
The JCSO responded to a residence in Metolius for a report of a fight. Scot Wade, 37, was arrested for harassment.
The following items are from Circuit Court sentencing reports. The sentences are for multiple charges, jail of 30 days or more, and felony offenses.
Henry Maurice Stwyer, 57, pleaded no contest to third-degree theft, a Class C misdemeanor, which occurred on Dec. 12. 2019. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
Jason Taft Arnote, 42, pleaded no contest to first-degree criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor, which occurred on Dec. 8, 2019. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
