Public can call in to City Council, MRC meeting
People who want to attend the Madras Redevelopment Commission and City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 24, are being asked to call in instead in order to help limit the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.
The meeeting starts at 5:30 p.m., and a moderator will host the teleconference to assist callers.
To join from a cell phone, call 971-247-1195 or 699-219-2599. When prompted to enter a meeting ID, enter 291 261 4668#.
To join from a land line, call 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499. Enter the same meeting ID as above when prmpted.
Phone participants are asked not to unmute themselves by using the *6 feature. They will be muted by the host if they unmute themselves without alerting the moderator. The host will tell the person when it is thier turn to speak.
To let the host know they want to speak, people should press *9 from their phone keypad.
