509-J board seeks community input during superintendent search; those interested must apply by Feb. 8

Jefferson County 509-J School District Board of Directors invite community members to serve on the Superintendent Interview Observer Panel to observe the preliminary interviews of candidates for the district superintendent position.

Interviews with superintendent applicants begin at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and Feb. 23. The board will review all candidates and will attempt to appoint community members who represent a balance of viewpoints and interests. All candidates will be notified of their selection or non-selection by Feb. 12.

The board plans to interview the final superintendent candidates in early March.
