WARM SPRINGS FIRE AND SAFETY PHOTO - The cause of a fire that destroyed an abandoned trailer home in Warm Springs is under investigation.

Fire destroyed an abandoned trailer home on Tenino Road in Warm Springs Sunday afternoon.

A media release from Warm Springs Fire and Safety reports the structure fire call came in at 4:44 p.m. July 18.

First arriving crews found a single story fully involved structure at 9119 Tenino Road. Crews initiated defensive fire attack due to rapidly evolving fire conditions in the home. The fire was contained to the structure and was considered a total loss.

No one was injured in the fire.

Jefferson County Fire District No. 1 provided mutual aid assistance, and Jefferson County EMS was on standby.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
