Tribal Police Department asks the public for information on a person of interest

The Warm Springs Tribal Police Department is currently investigating a number of suspicious fires that occurred in the Warm Springs Agency area over the weekend and Wednesday, Sept. 8.

A Sept. 8 media release from the police department said the Warm Springs Fire Management and Warm Springs Fire and Safety fire suppression teams were able to contain these fires before they got out of control.

As a result of the initial investigation concerning these fires, the WSTPD is looking for anyone who may information concerning the fires.

Additionally, WSTPD is attempting to locate Adolfo Beltran Jr. as a person of interest, as they believe he may have information that could lead to a successful conclusion of this investigation and hopefully put an end to the threat that arson poses to the Warm Springs community.
