Madras Races led the Ashes to Glory Gravel Race in Madras Saturday, Oct. 2, which brought around 90 riders together to take on a gravel cycling route on the northeast roads of the Madras area.

Event organizer Andrew Loscutoff said the event went well, but two event tents were stolen from Juniper Hills Park in Madras on Friday night, Oct. 1. The missing tents are black with yellow lettering that reads Oregon Bicycle Racing Association and has a silhouette of a cyclist. The tents belong to the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association.

Anyone with information about the black tents should contact Loscutoff at 503-866-8394.

"Even if they don't turn up, it would be nice to let the community know to keep their stuff out of their yards because it can happen to anyone," Loscutoff said.
