The following items are from Circuit Court sentencing reports dated Oct. 3 - Nov. 3

The following items are from Circuit Court sentencing reports. The sentences are for multiple charges, jail of 30 days or more, and felony offenses.

Oct. 7

Eric Russell Smith, 29, pleaded no contest to attempt to commit a Class B felony, second-degree assault, committed on or about June 27. Smith was sentenced to 42 months in prison and three years post-prison supervision. One count each of third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft were dismissed.

Oct. 8

Scott Edward Knight, 56, pleaded no contest to two counts of second-degree assault, a Class B felony, committed on or about Sept. 1. Knight was sentenced to four years in prison and three years post-prison supervision. One count of unlawful use of a weapon was dismissed.

Oct. 12

Veronica Delores Redfox, 56, pleaded no contest to conspiracy to commit a Class C felony, second-degree custodial interference, and second-degree assault, a Class B felony, committed on or about Nov. 1, 2020. Redfox, was sentenced to five years in prison and three years post-prison supervision. Counts of conspiracy to commit a Class B felony, first-degree custodial interference, second-degree custodial interference, second-degree robbery and third-degree assault were dismissed.

Oct. 13 Robert Loren Mckheen, 66, pleaded guilty to attempt to commit a Class B felony, delivery of methamphetamine, committed on or about March 25. Mckheen was sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years post-prison supervision. One count of delivery of heroin and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor were dismissed.

Julie Mae Goodell, 53, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, committed on or about April 23, 2020. Goodell was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and 15 days in jail with credit for time served.

Oct. 14

Mario Louis Smith, 39, pleaded no contest to aggravated harassment, a Class C felony, and failure to perform duties of a driver - property damage, committed on or about April 28. Smith was sentenced to three years supervised probation and 30 days in jail with credit for time served. One count of second-degree disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Oct. 25

Charles Alfred Christianson, 47, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm, a Class C felony, and fleeing a police officer, a Class C felony, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony, and attempt to deliver methamphetamine, a Class C felony, committed on or about Sept. 15. Christianson was sentenced to two years in prison and two years post-prison supervision. The court revoked Christianson's license for one year. One count each of fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, criminal driving while suspended and unlawful possession of methamphetamine were dismissed.

Oct. 27

Austin Ramon Rivas, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Class C felony, and recklessly endangering another person, a Class A misdemeanor, committed on or about May 30. The court revoked Rivas' license for life. Rivas was sentenced to two years supervised probation and 90 days in jail with credit for time served. The court ordered Rivas to pay $2,255 in traffic fines and intoxicant conviction fees. One count of reckless driving and one count of criminal driving while suspended were dismissed.

Eric Lee Brantley, 35, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, substantial quantities, a Class C felony, committed on or about Jan. 2. Brantley was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and seven days in jail with credit for time served. One count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Regan Calica, 46, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Class C felony, committed on or about Nov. 14, 2020. The court revoked Calica's driver's license for life. Calica was sentenced to two years supervised probation and 90 days in jail with credit for time served. The court ordered Calica to pay $2,255 in traffic fines and intoxicant conviction fees. One count of criminal driving while suspended was dismissed.

Oct. 28

Semaj Jammal Blackman Jr., 23, pleaded no contest to first-degree burglary, a Class A felony, committed on or about Sept. 4. Blackman was sentenced to five years supervised probation and 82 days in jail with credit for time served. On Nov. 15, Blackman will be transported to in-patient treatment. One count of second-degree criminal mischief was dismissed.

Nov. 1

Douglas George Gilbert, 26, pleaded no contest to two counts of unlawful use of a firearm, a Class C felony, and one count of menacing, a Class A misdemeanor, committed on or about May 8, 2020. Gilbert was sentenced to 30 months in prison and two years post-prison supervision. Two counts of menacing, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, and one count of second degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Douglas George Gilbert, 26 also pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony, fleeing a police officer, a Class C felony, driving under the influence intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person, a Class A misdemeanor, and two counts of second degree criminal mischief, committed on or about Aug. 4. The court revoked Gilbert's driver's license for one year and ordered him to pay $8,599.99 in restitution. Gilbert was sentenced to 6 months in jail and a year of post-prison supervision. One count of reckless driving was dismissed.

Nov. 2

Trevor John Pate, 29, pleaded guilty to first degree theft, a Class C felony, and second degree criminal trespass, a Class C misdemeanor, committed on or between Sept. 24 and 25, 2020. Pate was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation. One count of first degree criminal mischief was dismissed.

David Brito, 34, pleaded no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, a Class C felony, and pleaded guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a Class A misdemeanor committed on or about Sept. 13. The court revoked Brito's driver's license for one year. Brito was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for time served and one year post-prison supervision. One count of felon in possession of a restricted weapon was dismissed.

Efram Alex Palafox, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Class C felony, committed on or about Feb. 26. The court suspended Palaflox's drivers license for life. Palafox was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and 30 days in jail with credit for time served. One count of criminal driving while suspended was dismissed.

Nov. 3

Carlton George Ferrara, 48, pleaded guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a Class B felony, committed on or about June 18. Ferrara was sentenced to three years supervised probation and 10 days in jail with credit for time served. The court fined Ferrara $1,000.

Paul Leroy Pease, 44, pleaded no contest to first degree theft, a Class C Felony, committed on or about Sept. 2. Pease was sentence to 18 months prison and one year post-prison supervision. One count of second degree burglary was dismissed.
