An occurrence of a stabbing was reported.

Madras police received a call regarding criminal mischief in Southwest Madras.

A report of theft in Southwest Madras was received.

Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Fifth and D Streets. John Clark was cited and released.

Madras police received a call regarding a juvenile in Southwest Madras.

A theft report was taken in Southwest Madras.

Madras police took a report of fraud in Southeast Madras.

Madras police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in North Madras. Tonja Meshelle King, 53, was cited for dangerous left turn.

November 9

Madras police received a request for a medical welfare check on Southwest First Street.

Officers responded to Southwest Fourth Street and located a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was taken into protective custody and transported to the Jefferson County Juvenile Department.

Madras police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Southeast Highway 97. Linda Dee Light, 57, was cited for driving without required lighting equipment.

November 10

A Department of Human Services referral was made.

Billie Suppah, 38, was arrested for shoplifting at Safeway. A second suspect has been identified and the case is under investigation.

Madras police responded to the Madras High school for a reported disturbance. Subjects were contacted and trespassed from the property.

Officers took a DHS referral on Southwest Second Street.

Madras police responded to a motor vehicle crash in Southeast Madras.

A report of a deer that had been hit in Southwest Madras was taken.

Madras police responded to a report of an unwanted person in Southwest Madras. Isaiah Jeremy Pickel, 21, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass.

November 11

Madras police received a call regarding fraud.

A criminal mischief report was taken in Southeast Madras.

Madras police received a restraining order violation report. Case pending location of suspect.

November 12

Madras police took a report of an assault on South Fifth Street.

Madras police investigated a hit and run. After investigation, a seventeen-year-old and Bradley Hendershott, 32, were cited and released on charges of criminal conspiracy, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver, and second-degree criminal mischief.

November 13

Madras police responded to a theft on the south end of Madras.

November 8

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in Culver. A citation was issued and the vehicle impounded.

A deputy stopped a driver on Highway 97 south near Culver for a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded.

A traffic stop was conducted in Madras by the JCSO. William Floyd Cannon, 46, of Madras, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant.

The JCSO responded to a report of a stolen vehicle by a known person in an unincorporated area east of Madras.

November 9

An investigation of employee theft was opened by the JCSO.

A deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on South Highway 97. A pursuit was initiated and turned over to the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office and Oregon State Police.

The JCSO took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the city of Metolius.

The JCSO responded to investigate a dog bite in Metolius.

November 10

A JCSO deputy conducted a traffic stop in Culver. A citation was issued and the vehicle was impounded for driving while suspended.

The JCSO conducted a traffic stop on Highway 26 east. A citation was issued and the vehicle impounded for driving uninsured.

November 11

A deputy with the JCSO responded to a burglary in progress in Culver. Ryan Ames, 40, of Prineville was arrested for crimes of first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass.

The JCSO responded to a dog at large on Northwest Clackamas Drive. The dog was taken to Three Rivers Human Society.

A deputy conducted a welfare check on a female who was injured, walking on Highway 26 West near Northwest Dogwood Lane. It is unknown how the female received the injuries.

The JCSO responded to a disturbance at a residence in Crooked River Ranch.

November 12

A deputy with the JCSO conducted a traffic stop on Highway 361 just north of Metolius. The driver was issued citations for driving uninsured and driving without a license. The vehicle was impounded.

A deputy responded to a Madras residence for a report of trespassing and theft on Southeast Dee Lane.

November 13

The JCSO investigated a report of hit and run on Patriot Lane in Metolius. Julio Cohetzaltitla Jr., 30, of Metolius was arrested on charges of first-degree trespass, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to perform the duties of a driver, and a probation detainer.

A deputy responded to a CRR residence on Southwest Snug Place for a domestic disturbance. Geoff Alan Rohde, 43, was arrested for strangulation, fourth-degree assault, and harassment.

November 14

A deputy took a report of theft on Washington Avenue in Metolius. After investigation, it was determined this was a civil dispute.

A deputy with the JCSO responded to a report concerning the welfare of a child.

The JCSO conducted a traffic stop on Highway 26 West. After investigation, the vehicle was impounded and the driver issued a citation for no insurance.
