Air show car event draws 100 entries, from 1923 dump truck to 1971 Jaguar Coupe.

SUBMITTED PHOTO - The car show winners line up with their awards."The 2017 Airshow of the Cascades Car Show was great as usual. We had a wonderful variety of cars, pickup trucks and special interest vehicles. We received lots of positive feedback from car show people and spectators," said organizer Tom Hansen, noting 100 cars were entered.

Hansen thanked the crew that manned the entry gate, parked cars and did the judging in the sun and on hot asphalt. Volunteers included Randy Garrett, John McCloskey, Pierre Shango, Victoria McKelvy, Erin Green, McKenzie Zimmerman and Terry and Shayne Fuller.

"Judging was very difficult because of so many great vehicles," Hansen noted.
