SUBMITTED PHOTO - Dr. William IrvineMosaic Medical is pleased to announce that William Irvine, M.D., has joined the team at the Madras Mosaic Medical health center.

Dr. Irvine is board certified in family medicine. He will also be working at St. Charles Madras caring for inpatients and obstetrical patients.

Dr. Irvine received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Family Medicine Spokane in Spokane, Washington where he was Chief Resident.

For the past nine years, he worked for Eastern Oregon Medical Associates in Baker City. Dr. Irvine has been teaching medical students since 2008, and was recognized as the OHSU Community Teacher of the Year for Oregon in 2016.

Dr. Irvine has spent his entire career working in a rural setting. He is excited to be joining the Madras community with his family. He speaks Spanish and sees patients of all ages. His interests include obstetrical care, including Cesarean sections, pediatrics, and patient-centered primary care home development.

Dr. Kim Montee, medical director for Madras Mosaic Medical stated, "We are thrilled to have Dr. Irvine as part of the Madras Mosaic Medical team. He has experience in family medicine and obstetrics which is greatly needed in our community."
