Community resources throughout Central Oregon are offering free tax filing.

Community resources throughout Central Oregon are offering free tax filing, both state and federal, from Feb. 2, until April 15.

The program is being offered at the Warm Springs Community Action Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and every other Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m., beginning on Feb. 20.

Appointments are necessary for all times. To schedule an appointment, call 541-533-3148.

Walk-in help is being provided at the Crook County Library every other Saturday beginning Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

NeighborImpact in Redmond is offering appointments Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 541-526-3834.

There are three locations offering the service in Bend, including the downtown Bend Library, Bend NeighborImpact and Bend Senior Center.

The library and NeighborImpact are both offering walk-in help, Saturdays and Sundays 12 to 4 p.m. at the library and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays at NeighborImpact.

Bend Senior Center has appointments Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., beginning Feb. 11. For appointments, call 541-706-6234 or go online to bprd.simplybook.me.

Each location has volunteers that are e-file certified.
