Students from Jefferson County are being recognized on fall term dean's lists.

Students from Jefferson County are being recognized on fall term dean's lists and president's lists at universities across the state and country while other students have completed their college degrees.

George Fox University

George Fox requires students to achieve a grade point average of 3.5 on 12 graded credits to be named on the Dean's List.

Vanessa Aguirre, a sophomore studying Global Business, Rachel Detres, a senior studying Communication Arts and Danielle Schmaltz, a senior in International Studies, are all from Madras and have been named to the list.

Westminster College

Maddy Breach, a freshman studying Computer Technology, was placed on the Dean's List.

Waynesburg University

Carly Breach, a sophomore studying Mathematics Secondary Education, was named to the list.

Eastern Oregon University

To make the Dean's List at Eastern Oregon University, students must receive a 3.5 grade point average or higher on 12 graded credits for the term.

Maysen Battles, Jordan Patt and Samantha Wegermann, all from Culver, were named to the Dean's List at EOU.

Central Oregon Community College

In order to make Central Oregon Community College's Dean's List, students must achieve a term grade point average of 3.6 and be enrolled in at least 12 graded credits.

Students must achieve at least a 3.85 grade point average to be placed on the President's List at Gonzaga University.
