Colby Anderson, who just finished his sophomore year at MHS, won both the 200-meter IM and 100-meter butterfly.

Julian Hollingshead, who just wrapped his junior year of high school, finished second in both the 100 and 50-meter freestyle races.

A third MHS swimmer, Emma Sheirk, qualified for state but was injured while at last weekend's Crooked River Roundup rodeo in Prineville and had to miss the state meet, according to coach Scott Jividen, who noted she was part of the rodeo court.

Jividen said all three of the swimmers will be back next season.
