Why is our office so busy?
Why would you choose to go to a very busy restaurant? The best places to eat are always hard to get into, and you often wait to be seated. But it's worth the wait. It also feels weird if you're in a deserted restaurant, and it makes you wonder why no one else is there. I think of my kids' pediatrician. He is an awesome guy, very good at what he does, and he has a very busy practice as a result. This means that sometimes I have to wait longer in the waiting room, and sometimes it's hard to get in for an appointment. But I wouldn't dream of taking my kids somewhere else. First and foremost, I believe my practice has grown and continues to grow as a result of my personal approach in treating people like I would my own family members. I put all of my effort into ensuring the best possible treatment outcome for every patient. I have also tried very hard to always treat people fairly and how I would want to be treated. Over the years my practice family has grown to include my patients' siblings, parents, friends, neighbors and family, and a lot of dentists and their staff and families. All of this does mean that my practice is very busy. This also fuctuates depending on the time of day. For example, in the afternoon when school gets out, all the kids come in and it can be a bit crazy. All this is not to say that we think it's ok that you wait! We do our very best, without sacrificing the care of any one of our patients individually, to keep our schedule on time.
