Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 9

William James Duncan, 47, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Robert Garn Dunsdon, 53, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Jose Fernando Duran, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and delivery of controlled substances.

Janet Ruth Durham, 60, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Thomas Eric Eakin, 39, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

Eagle Dog Eastman, 38, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Highpine Eastman, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Wyatt Wayne Edelman, 62, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Kyle Brandon Egawa-Conway, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jennifer Antonina Eichensehr, 47, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Bernard Elissagaray, 55, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and DUII.

Zviad Eremadze, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft and fraud.

Sean David Erickson, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Jose Ines Ortega Escoria, 47, is wanted for hit and run and failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Ismael Lopez Espinoza, 44, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Ernesto Avalos Farias, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree burglary.

Isaiah Thomas Farnsworth Bostick, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of heroin and meth, and DUII.

Paul Dwayne Ferguson, 51, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering, hit and run and third-degree criminal mischief.

Alejandro Gonzales Fernandez, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Carlos Alberto Figueroa, 38, is wanted on a probation violation and an FTA.

Francisco Rubio Figueroa, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Mary Lourdes Fossum, 57, is wanted on an FTA on a stalking order.

Brian Allen Jaeger, 29, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft, negotiating a bad check.

Luis Garcia Armando (aka Luis Robles), is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle and fourth-degree assault.

Caitlin Elizabeth Devita, 25, is wanted on an FTA for fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree theft and identity theft.

April 12

- Officers took a report of theft/fraud that occurred in the 1200 block of Fulton Street.

April 15

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 500 block of Donna Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

April 19

- Dennis Daniel Russell, 29, was arrested for violating conditional release and second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near College and Vermillion streets. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Pennington Drive. The investigation is ongoing.

- Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 31, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

April 20

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

- Cody William Turner, 33, was cited for probation violation.

- Cannon James Mead, 25, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 800 block of West First Street.

April 21

- Jacob Matthew Young, 23, was cited for third-degree theft and unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 300 block of Morton Street.

- Angelica Jamille Savage, 26, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

- Dusty Ray Seely, 29, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

April 22

- A 13-year-old female was taken into protective custody as a runaway. She was returned to her parents.

- Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near Fifth and Howard streets.

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, was cited for failure to carry/present a driver license.

April 24

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 500 block of Whitney Drive.

April 25

- Joshua David Reimer, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 26

- Ashley Mae Graham, 25, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked, cited and released.

- McKenzie Kay Harguth, 21, was cited for reckless driving after an incident on the Highway 18 bypass.

- Officers took a theft report in the 2000 block of Valeri Drive.

April 27

- Officers took a report of a residential burglary that occurred in the 1600 block of Johnson Drive.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 100 block of Sitka Ave.

April 28

- Celeste Lyra Shockley, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Christopher Doyd Lang, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a business burglary that occurred in the 4500 block of Fernwood Road.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 500 block of East North Street.

- Officers took a report of theft of car parts that occurred in the 3000 block of Douglas Ave.

- Raymundo Alcantara-Escobar, 23, was cited for driving while suspended, misdemeanor, and failure to carry/present driver license.

April 30

- German Agustin Montoya, 48, was arrested for DUII, felony, and driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of forgery that occurred in the 100 block of North Edwards Street.

May 1

- Joshua Luis Stotts, 23, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Ryan Norman Lee Haselton, 29, was arrested for violating probation and cited for failure to report as a sex offender. He was transported to the county jail.

- Randy Lewis Thompson, 49, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Alberto Garcia, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Alicia Marie Alley, 36, was arrested for violating conditional release. She was transported to the county jail.

May 2

- Jacob Matthew Young, 23, was arrested for third-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and interfering with a peace officer. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

- Celina Maria Garcia, 25, was arrested for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, second- and third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and outstanding warrants after an incident in the 100 block of North College Street. She was transported to the county jail.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Doris Drive, Elliott Road and Princeton Street.

April 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Main Street, Brutscher Street, James Street, Princeton Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Alder Street and Highway 240.

- TVF&R crews responded to a commercial fire alarm and lift assist at Elliott and Springbrook roads.

April 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Williams Street, Brutscher Street, Douglas Avenue and Villa Road.

- TVF&R crews responded to a burn complain at Levi Way and Creekside Court.

April 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sherman Street, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Brooke Drive, Fox Farm Road and Portland Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Brutscher Street, Williams Street, College Street, Sherman Street, Crater Lane, Hancock Street, Burlington Drive and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Alder Street, College Street, Center Street, Ninth Street, Villa Road and Meridian Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a lift assist on Elliott Road and a public service at Meridian and First Streets.

May 3

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, Brutscher Street, Sherman Street, Deborah Road, Portland Road, College Street, Deborah Road and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R crews rendered a public service at Hulet Lane and Elliott Road and provided a lift assist at Lincoln and Harrison streets.

Yamhill County jail reports

May 1

Alberto Garcia, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. Bail was set at $20,000.

Joshua Luis Stotts, 23, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Alicia Marie Alley, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. She was sentence charged.

Ryan Norman Haselton, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. The case is pending.

Randall Lewis Thompson, 49, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. No bail was set.

May 2

Shannon Michael Chartrand, 38, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Alma Louise Loggains, 70, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Celina Maria Garcia, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, second- and third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear on a criminal citation. Bail was set at $22,500.

Danielle Marie Walker, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. She was booked and released.

Alain James Cardoza, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Robert Freeman Landis, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Jacob Matthew Young, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft, unlawful possession of meth and interfering with a police officer. He was booked and released.

May 4

Ryan Scott Anderson, 40, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Nathan Lee Lopez, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Benton County. He was booked and release.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and probation violation. Bail was set at $10,000.

Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Timothy James Carpenter, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.
