April 21

- Officers recovered property that was stolen in another jurisdiction. The property was returned to the rightful owners and the investigation is ongoing.

- Officers recovered an unoccupied stolen vehicle near Highway 240 and Tangen Road.

- Taylor John Webster, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

May 4

- Robert Michael John Meyer, 21, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person after an incident near Wynooski and 11th streets.

- Luis A. Perez-Vargas, 25, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Raymundo Acantara-Escobar, 23, was cited for driving while suspended and unlawful possession of meth.

- Timothy James Carpenter, 30, was arrested for violating conditional release, harassment and disorderly conduct II. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jacob S Chung, 18, was cited for fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft.

- Edward Nelson Severance, 26, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

- Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, was cited for burglary, second-degree theft and criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

- Elena Berta Ophelia Deanda, 20, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

May 11 - Stacey Ann Evert, 42, was arrested for DUII and hit and run. She was booked, cited and released.

- Andrea Leigh Brown, 41, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

- Jeremy Brandon Tarozzi, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, providing false information to a police officer and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, was cited for failure to carry and present driver's license.

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a trailer that occurred near Ninth and Willamette streets.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

- Officers took a report of a fraud/forgery that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

David Allen Minor, 54, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Dusty Ray Seely, 29, was cited for possession of a stolen vehicle.

May 13

- Officers responded to a crash near Brutscher Street and Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Fernando Olaf Gonzalez, 23, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Karlene Rosette Neschke, 18, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1200 block of North Meridian Street.

May 14

Officers responded to an injury crash in the 2900 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Nathanael Lee Jones, 19, was cited for endangering the welfare of a minor after an incident in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

- Curtis Richard Brodigan, 24, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Lawrence Alexander Mastne Jr., 51, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

- Jennifer Elizabeth Gossen, 42, was arrested for DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver at the scene of an accident. She was booked, cited and released.

- Officers responded to a car crash near Highway 219 and Wynooski Street. Information was exchanged between parties.

- Officers took a report of a theft of a baby stroller in the 300 block of South Grant Street.

May 21

Brooke Lee McKerrall, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear. Bail was set at $2,500.

Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $12,500.

May 24

Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. No bail was set.

David Lee Gray, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Andrea Leigh Brown, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Douglas Keith Irwin, 53, of Dundee, was arrested for violation of a release agreement as well as a hold from Marion County. Bail was set at $15,000.

Dezmon Javier Amaya, 18, of Dundee, was arrested for falsifying drug test results. Bail was set at $2,500.
