Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 30

Ryan Patrick Hancock, 43, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving, driving while suspended, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering.

Kevin Ross Hansen, 48, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and criminal mischief.

Joshua Christian Hardy, 38, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Scott Allan Harms, 46, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jamin Lewis Harris, 36, is wanted for violating a release order on an arrest for contempt.

Geoffrey Matthew Harvey, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Bret Duane Hathaway, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Nellie Alix Kristian Hecht, 21, is wanted on an FTA for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

Zakarie Michael Hedgecock, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree forgery, possession of a forged instrument and second-degree attempted theft.

Ashly Ann Henderson, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

James Ernest Henley, 71, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing.

James Leon Henley, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Antonio Ramos Hernandez, 40, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

- Officers took a report of theft/fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 400 block of Hazelnut Drive.

- Edward Nelson Severance, 26, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

- Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, was cited for burglary, second-degree theft and criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

- Stacey Ann Evert, 42, was arrested for DUII and hit and run. She was booked, cited and released.

- Andrea Leigh Brown, 41, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

- Jeremy Brandon Tarozzi, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, providing false information to a police officer and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, was cited for failure to carry and present driver's license.

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a trailer that occurred near Ninth and Willamette streets.

May 13

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

- Officers took a report of a fraud/forgery that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

May 12

Officers recovered a small quantity of meth found in the 1000 block of Springbrook Road.

Jacob Matthew Young, 23, was cited for first-degree theft after an ongoing investigation.

Kevin Scott Robinson, 53, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was also charged with third-degree escape. He was transported to the county jail.

- David Allen Minor, 54, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 200 block of East Sherman Street.

- Dusty Ray Seely, 29, was cited for possession of a stolen vehicle.

- Richard Gale Hauck, 31, was cited for driving while suspended.

May 13

- Officers responded to a crash near Brutscher Street and Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Fernando Olaf Gonzalez, 23, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Karlene Rosette Neschke, 18, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1200 block of North Meridian Street.

- Gonzalo Barrios-Sanchez, 22, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

May 14

Officers responded to an injury crash in the 2900 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a reported assault in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue. The injured party did not wish to press charges.

Officers responded to an injury crash near First and River streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

May 15

- Bryan Edward Schultz, 46, was arrested for contempt of court, third-degree escape and resisting arrest after an incident in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the county jail.

- Nathanael Lee Jones, 19, was cited for endangering the welfare of a minor after an incident in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

- Curtis Richard Brodigan, 24, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

May 16

- Lawrence Alexander Mastne Jr., 51, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

- Jennifer Elizabeth Gossen, 42, was arrested for DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver at the scene of an accident. She was booked, cited and released. - - Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 400 block of East First Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

May 17

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 27, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth, second-degree criminal trespass and violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a car crash near Highway 219 and Wynooski Street. Information was exchanged between parties.

- Officers took a report of a theft of a baby stroller in the 300 block of South Grant Street.

- Jeffrey Allen Lyon, 18, and Brendan Kyle Bray, 18, were cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 300 block of Foothills Drive.

- Imani Christin Williams, 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for unlawful possession of heroin. She was transported to the county jail.

- Cedrick Salvador Taylor II, 22, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

- Antonio Salvador DePaz, 22, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

- Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, was cited for attempted assault on a public safety officer after an incident in the 700 block of South Pacific Street.

- Zachary Dean Minor, 26, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of harassment occurring in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

- Shawn Ray Truett, 28, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

- Cory David Peacock, 40, was cited for first-degree animal neglect after an incident in the 300 block of West Fifth Street.

May 19

- Zachary G.W. Vanhook, 27, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Hugo Lopez-Sandoval, 39, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Jeronimo Morales-Servin, 42, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later returned and the investigation is continuing.

- Hailey Michelle De La Cruz, 22, was cited for initiating a false report after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

- Officers investigated a case of reckless burning that occurred at Rogers Landing.

- Officers took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 1400 block of North Highway 99W in Dundee.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 1100 block of Pennington Drive.

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 38, was arrested for harassment and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

- Brooke Lee McKerrall, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland and Elliott roads. The at-fault driver was cited.

May 22

- Dominique David Stacey, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a lost passport and Oregon ID in the Newberg area.

- Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of heroin.

- Officers took a report of a missing 9-year-old child. After an extensive search, the child was located and returned to his parents.

- Richard Bryant Friend, 45, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

- Mackenzie Cummins, 28, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1000 block of 12th Street. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a burglary to a home in the 600 block of Sierra Vista Street.

James Walter Ahls, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set.

Israel Fransua Ochoa Moncada, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Mackenzie Boyer, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Levi Edward Bolt, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and hit and run. He was booked and released.
